Candlewood Suites Williston by IHG

Great rooms, Gym and Laundry have always been open and running. Ash is super quick and helpful when i was grabbing nightly snacks. I usually say dont stay in Williston but if youre staying, stay here.

Probably one of the worst hotels in Williston. The huge manager with black hair has one of the worst attitudes the dude with pink hair would snatch things out of peoples hands . The hallways would stink so bad and when I went into a new room there was an old used razor in my bathroom which apparently their cleaning people don’t know how to clean. Very unprofessional the maintenance guy I guess is getting paid to just walk around and do nothing. There’s always trash everywhere. When I walk up to the counter there’s never anyone there.
This hotel needs a new manager . Seems like I’m not the only one that complains about this hotel and the staff I will be contacting further higher up and corporate with pictures and recording of how staff is talking to customers and pictures of their property. Managers also keeps a dog her office I took a picture and will be sending to corporate as well .

The room was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the noise level was very low. It was a great experience and the staff was excellent

This property has all the great features required for the stay like prime location, calm environment, cleanliness, friendly staff and value for stay.

Would stay here again… Such amazing staff and really close to restaurants and shopping and entertainment. Williston is such a great place to go CandleWood makes it even a better place when you have a great place to stay..

Christine at front desk was outstanding. Room was clean with kitchenette. Conveniently located for my needs. Bed was comfortable. You could tell cleaning staff took pride in there job. Overall a great experience

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Room and hotel is clean. Located in a decent area with restaurants and stores within walking distance.

i have no complaints, my stay was comfortable and staff was friendly i will come back, the room was clean and restroom, housekeep did a great job, i will be coming back for another stay. love this hotel..

Rooms where clean and the bed was comfortable for a good sleep. Liked that there was possibility to cook your own food and store it in the fridge. Staff was really nice and got great customer service when needed.

Easy to find, friendly helpful person at front desk. Love sleeping on a hard bed. These beds were too soft so had a back ache when I woke up.

Clean, Quiet excellent hotel to stay at. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
If you needed anything they were there.
Nice apartment size appliances so you could cook during your stay with all the amenities needed.

Outstanding customer service rooms were clean. Everything was accessible and also they provide with kitchen Tupperware and souvenirs in case if you need extended stay.

It's only 4 stars due to the 300 sqft something rooms really had everything crammed in there/dark lighting (depressing) haha but it was a pleasant stay, very pleasant. Great staff great room service, very great lending closet/ awesome place for any one working in the oil fields.

I only wish the rates didn't jump like they did due to seasonal rates from Corp itself. 104$ a night average for a smaller room with kitchenet but jumps up to 183$ for three nights straight. And the longer you stay unfortunately the pricing for each night doesn't start dropping. Small downside but great people great hotel.

First time staying at a Candlewood Suites and loved it. Clean quiet room, kitchenette with the basics (plenty!), workout room, and free washer/dryer use. Staff were incredibly friendly. Location was convenient with space to walk our dog (walking paths nearby to get some distance), and groceries nearby. 10 out of 10! Thanks for a great couple of nights.

Excellent rooms. Excellent service. Great location only. Downside no continental breakfast but with the kitchenettes available in suites they offer loaner pans, pots and all assortments of cooking variety, utensils and equipment. Also, front desk has a huge selection of DVDs for your room with a DVD player. Great size TV and the staff was extremely friendly and highly professional. Highly recommend staying there of all places to stay in that town

There was a problem with my check in due to an àpp error. The front desk clerk although unfamiliar with setting things straight jumped right into it and in relatively short order, 10-15 minutes, had me checked in with out further ado. The stay itself was very relaxing with a great comfortable bed and hot water. Clean kitchenette and all functioned well.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Rooms we clean and made up great. We had two rooms for three days everything was great! We would highly recommend this location . This was a business trip and move for my family.

Was available when many are not. Decent hotel value for amenities offered. Cleanliness could have been better but friendly staff.

I usually don't leave reviews unless something, or someone, stands out or goes above and beyond. I've stayed at a few Candlewood Inn and Suites around the country, and all of them were pretty nice. Customer service was as average as you would expect.

Tonight I came in and was helped by Cashmere. She was very helpful! Very polite! As long as CS reps like Cashmere work here, any time I come through Williston, I will be staying at this hotel. She is a valuable asset to Candlewood and the reason for this 5th star.

My family & I were booked at a nearby hotel for a hockey tournament (6 hours from home) & the other hotel cancelled our room without notifying us. We drove over to Candlewood Suites & they were so welcoming & accommodating! Every staff member we encountered was helpful & greeted you with a smile. We had to stay an extra night because of a snow storm & could have moved to a hotel with a pool with our teammates, but stayed because of the hospitality & cleanliness of the room & hotel! Would stay again!

The stay was comfortable. However I did not get a good night rest. The amenities were a bit outdated and the bedside lights were not working. (Unless there was an additional switch)

The staff here is the absolute best. Not just the front desk, but the maintenance, housekeeping… everyone of them! The rooms are always clean, beds are super comfy!
This is probably the best IHG hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at a lot traveling for work all the time!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was nice and large with a seperate bedroom from the kitchen area. The staff at arrival and departure were very friendly.

Thumbs up! The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. It would be nice to have an available ice machine on site for those that stay more short term. The fridge ice maker is not enough for these stays.

I was away from my family for 1 weeks and every morning, every night they greeted me by name and always asked how my day was. It was like i was just with a different family members

I have stayed at alot of places in my life all over the nation and Wow not just the front desk, not just the housekeepers, not just the maintenance man, these individuals are the best they are on top of their game. I can not say enough good about them. I came in as their guest and I left missing my family. You are all angels on the ground. Keep being amazing.

This is my go to when I travel to Williston. The staff is awesome, willing to help anyway they can. Rooms are always clean. Beds are amazing. And select parking for us Dimond elite members.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Felt like I was among friends. The room was so comfortable. Highly recommend staying here and I will stay there the next time I’m in town. Great place.

I've stayed at this location a few times now and the staff is always exceedingly helpful. In my latest stay, I had troubles with booking the state rate (as I was traveling for work) and the staff worked with me immediately to issue a refund and apply the correct rate. This, on top of the happy and helpful staff at the front desk during my stay, has made this hotel one of my favorite to return to. Amazing job!

I don’t know when this was built but it felt like it was new. Very nice room, staff was helpful. Great nights sleep, and left there well rested. I would definitely recommend to others and stay here myself if I’m in the area.

I really enjoy staying at Candlewood suites. Kithchen is great. Pantry is reasonable pricing and many options. The price is also reasonable. Everything was clean in my room. Lots of towels and coffee. I like to drink my coffee in coffee cup rather than plastic/one time use cup. It's the little things I love.

The location isn't the greatest and the rooms reminded me a bit of an assisted living home but overall it was a comfortable stay and the staff was extremely friendly.

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly the whole time I was there. Had a very nice snack room also. I was greeted as a igh member also.

I am on my 6th week here and I couldn't be happier. The staff is awesome, the Hotel is CLEAN! They have went out of their way to keep me in the same room the whole time. If you want privacy, you get it. They come in and clean when you ask them, and only then. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is great (although the recliner is somewhat OLD with the arms peeling, only drawback to the room), the amenities rock. The free laundry is the best, with new modern washing machines and dryers that actually get your clothes dry. The Candlewood Cupboard is outstanding, with a good variety of items to purchase.

This place is nice. Decently clean but not spotless. Bed was cheap or old… not very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff was very friendly! Gave me and my co-worker a “tour” of the hotel, informing us of all the amenities. Every morning I was greeted with my name and asked how I was doing. I appreciate the small details like that.

We stayed at this hotel recently during a move out West. The hotel staff were able to direct me where to park my truck and trailer, and check in was easy. The cupboard in the lobby had some good fast options for food but somewhat limited for breakfast. Not as good as continental breakfast but still a lot cheaper than going to a restaurant before hitting the road. We needed to stay an extra night and the lobby staff made that very easy.

Found the facility clean and quiet, which was important to me on this business trip, and the staff was polite and quite helpful in helping me find a nearby eating establishment during a winter storm.

Great hotel, great staff, 10/10 recommendations, staff is very professional, knowledgeable, & helpful. Checkin was easy and quick, they helped me switch rooms, and even moved my stuff while I was at work. Overall fantastic experience

Great place. The staff was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. My bed was a little worn in, maybe need new ones. It did, however, not affect me negatively. Great experience!

Very friendly staff, Cara goes above and beyond to make sure of comfort and all needs are taken care of. All other staff members have greeting and smile. Do everything in their power to try and make you feel at home

The room was very nice and clean. But the door was broken and you had to shove it open using the full force of your body to get in the room.

Cannot say enough great things about the staff from check in to departure. The Candlewood cupboard could use a bit more of a selection in the way of snacks and perhaps a larger selection of frozen dinners. I would stay here every time I am in Williston.

I travel for work as a first responder. I called the hotel 2 days before arrival to book a room. I was traveling with working dogs, and requested a 1st floor room near an exit. Tiffani accommodated me, and even had the recliner removed from the room to make room for my kennels. The room was well appointed. The staff were quite helpful and were flexible with my check in and check out. The free washer and dryer was a bonus, and the Candlewood Cupboard well stocked. The front desk, as well as housekeeping were dynamic and very pleasant.

I always appreciate a clean room and a clean hotel I’ve always had good experiences with the candlewood and all Holiday Inn hotels I would definitely recommend these hotels to my friends and family and I will definitely be staying here again

Clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Plenty of parking, extra lot for big trucks & rvs. Nice gym ️‍♂️ . Gas grills under roof. Lending locker full games, crackpots, utensils, & blenders + more. Walmart is a 2 minute walk. Like & follow for adventures across this beautiful country of ours. Travel well Thank you, for the 51M views &counting.

Horrible place to stay! The room didn’t get below 70 degrees. We pay to stay in hotels and we should be the ones who control the room temperature. The thermostat is fixed. It says not to turn the temperature below 67 but I turned it down as low as If would go which is 65. However the room didn’t get below 70.

The wifi worked flawlessly. Check in and out was a breeze.

Rooms were very clean. Stove and fridge with half sink is available with dishwasher!!! Lori Van Winsen was very hospitable ||Mr. Kim was also such a great young man. He is a blessing from the Lord. Thanks!
