Kyle is an outstanding consultant and bent over backwards to give us a reasonable price. We will consider the cost and if deciding to do windows and sliding door we will use elevated remodeling.

Elevated remodeling was very professional and installed my windows in a professional matter. They were very flexible with my work and travel plans as well.

Elevation replaced all the windows in my house. They came in got the job done without issue. No cell phones, just did there job and were polite, clean responsible, communicated what was going on. They worked as a great team. I am actually having them do all the windows in my vacation home because they did such a great job. After walk through the lead found some minor repairs and quickly notified his office. 2 basement windows were not on the truck but they have been in constant contact to schedule the completion as soon as they arrive. Scheduling office was polite and communicated really well everyone through out the process have been super nice. It’s so nice to have a contractor show up when they say, communicate without issue and work steady. It’s rare to have such efficiency at this level anymore. I truly appreciated the way the job was executed, so smoothly. Obviously I’m super happy with the job they did and the window's installed. I would definitely recommend them. Elevated came to give me a quote on getting some windows replaced and spent several hours with my wife and I explaining every detail and giving demonstrations of their windows and the effect it would have. Very Very patient and polite. We decided to get a few windows replaced and the process was painless the entire way. They came out to verify the measurements and then the installers came out. Everyone was so polite and respectful and did such an amazing job. My daughter's room was always so hot and the windows truly made a difference and it is noticeably cooler in her room now. Would def recommend Elevated for windows. Great product and great people.

Initially I was pleased with the process and results. However, time has tested the quality of the workmanship and revealed some issues. The caulking itself seems to have been done a bit on the sloppy side, and some has failed just under one year into service. The screen on my basement slider sticks as well. The roof seems ok, I cannot see most of it.
(REVISION 7/24/25) Rob came out on time as scheduled by Chris to perform service on the affected portions of the work. He pointed out additional issues I was unaware of and fixed them as well. A new screen slider is due to arrive in 4-6 weeks, just in time for Fall. Overall it restored confidence in the work.

We had our roof replaced thru elevated remodeling the salesman was great personable and professional and not pushy. We negotiated a good price . Our roof was leaking in many spots so scheduling need to be done quickly and it was . We signed Thursday and the roof was replaced the following Tuesday.. the crew was great they worked non stop and completed it just before the rains started. One of the biggest things I liked was no down payment. Pay in full once the job is finished.. there was a problem with the qutters at first they thought they couldn't reuse them thou the salesman and the inspector said they could . The sales manager called me and told me if we have to we will replace the gutters at no charge . The roof inspector came out and they where able to use the current gutters . Thou the fact that they would stand by their word was very impressive. When the crew left it was like they never where there the property was cleaned no remnants left . We have had some heavy rains and no leaks . They are on time and deliver what they say they would . No surprise extra costs and a job we'll done .

OMG! Chad was very helpful and accommodating. He worked with me and my budget to get these beautiful windows installed. I had been shopping around and didn’t know if I would be able to afford it, however Chad addressed all of my concerns and assured me that I was getting the best quality windows for my buck. The Elevated Remodeling team has been wonderful to work with, friendly and respectful! We had a huge garden window in the kitchen in total disrepair that they replaced with a beautiful 3 part slider window. The quality of their product is top notch! The team at Elevated Remodeling worked patiently with us as we made a significant transformation to our siding which included new trim and gutters. The team was committed to our satisfaction as they understood that details mattered to us, including how the new trim and siding would match the roof and yes, even the existing drip edge! Color selection was challenging so we paid a modest fee to Alside to provide us with an interactive rendition in advance (see website).We were also satisfied by the material selection (foam backed siding) which seems ready to withstand impacts and provide an upgrade to our insulation. It should be noted that we were duly satisfied by the installation team which worked efficiently and allowed our observation and feedback along the process.

I had a fantastic experience with Elevated Remodeling. The windows are high quality, energy efficient and quite beautiful. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.

The windows are very nice, but we had problems with the outside trim around 2 of the windows, and torn weather stripping that needs to be replaced. We have had a repair person here twice without resolving our problem.They are supposed to come back out Saturday to make the necessary adjustments, and Monday for the weather stripping. I know things happen, but I was not even contacted while I sat around waiting yesterday. Communication is huge between a company and its customers.Elevated initially got a very good rating from me, but it dropped after this. We paid a good price for a good job, and expected better. I will adjust accordingly after we see what happens Saturday and Monday.
Our original team came back out and took care our problems. Also, I was contacted to make sure everything was satisfactory. We are very happy overall with our windows and Elevated. I would recommend Elevated to my friends.

Amazing experience from the time they presented the company to us to the final quality assessment. All professionals were extremely well prepared, knew their business and were super professional. The roof itself looks amazing and the crew did an amazing job in a day. We left the house in the morning and came back at night and it was like no one came to our house based on how cleaned it was. The installation team arrived on time, was very personable, knowledgeable, and worked well as a team. They staggered their lunch breaks so that someone was always working on the installation…maximizing their efficiency.

I had my soffits and gutters redone as the first step of redoing the exterior of my home. Next will be siding! The process was very easy, great communication starting with the sales, install and ending with the quality control phase. Any questions I had, I could easily reach a LIVE person whenever I called. I have never had any quality control AFTER project to ensure it done right! I would highly recommend this highly knowledgeable and easy to work with company!

Elevated Remodeling recently came out to install windows in our home. Everyone I've worked with on the project has been incredibly knowledgeable, cordial, and professional. Elevated Remodeling did an awesome job replacing our siding and our gutters. They weren't the cheapest, but the workmanship and the quality of the insulated siding really stands out.

We purchased our house new in the early 90s and in some spots you could see faint rippling in it. I dont see any ripples in this installation. The team stripped the siding and then installed a house wrap before installing the siding.

The crews that performed the work were super nice and asked questions when they needed to know something rather than guessing our preference. They worked hard and completed the job in about a week's time even though the temperature and humidity were high.

The gutters were replaced as well. That capped off the job and our house looks fantastic.

I would recommend Elevated to anyone looking to have siding installed.

The salesman Brandon was so nice, very knowledgeable of products and explained things for my understanding.Greg the manager was so nice also very knowledgeable of what to expect the day of installation and the finance guy Zak was great and very funny, I was only having windows installed but after talking to Zak about wanting to replace my patio doors if the price was right so he worked to find a reasonable price I could afford and was able to add it to my loan for a few dollars more that would work into my budget so now in a few weeks my new patio doors will be installed also. I only found one problem with the windows and it was the outer side where the cover was cut bigger so it don't fit the outside of the frame so I called elevated remodeling and spoke to Caitlin and sent in pictures so she said she would handle the service request for me. A few hours later Chris called from the service department to ask if I wanted them to come out right away or on the day of installation of my patio doors so I told Chris that would be fine but I want the job done right for the price I'm paying. But other then that it seems like a good company and I would definitely use them again in the future for my home remodeling.

They do what they say they will. They are personable, professional, and just down right good people. The windows are beautiful and I look forward to saving on energy costs. They even moved some of our furniture back into place without us mentioning it. We are well pleased with the product and especially with the service.

We are very happy with the whole Elevated process. From the young man who initially introduced me to the company, to Don who helped me chose the door and got the process started for me, Leo and his crew and Jarrod who inspected the final installation. They were all excellent. Very professional and courteous. They were on time and introduced themselves right away. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the final outcome.

These guys are so annoying. Why are you knocking and ringing my doorbell twice within 20 seconds? This is the second time I have interacted with these clowns and I hope it's the last. The first guy just kept yapping relentlessly and I was cordial with him, but honestly I wanted to tell him to go kick rocks.

These guys don't take "I'm not interested" for an answer. He put me on the phone with someone to schedule something after I told him I really have no interest in getting an estimate. This time it was two guys who kept banging on my door and woke me up. I work 3rd shift and I sleep during the day and the last thing I want is to be bothered about windows. We have a strict rule against soliciting without a permit and he claims it was in his car.

That sounded like bull to me. Regardless, permit or not, I would rather chew glass and wash it down with a cup of bleach before ever interacting with one of these salesmen again. Leave us alone.

EDIT: Just got off of the phone with the local police department. They stated that Elevated Remodeling does not have a permit for solicitation in our township. In fact, no one does. So it turns out that Elevated's door-to-door salesman are weasely little liars. "It's in the car," he said. Ha! What a bunch of slime-balls. I KNEW something was up.

From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Am definitely happy with the price as well! We’ve already recommended family members to check into using them!

The entire process was smooth, all employees that I interacted with were knowledgeable and respectful and on time. The prices were wonderful compared to other "well known" window and door companies. So glad I upgraded my home with Elevated.

Elevated just completed our second project today and we scheduled our final project to complete the remaining windows in our house. Elevated has quality products at a fair price. The crews are polite, do excellent work (and clean up after themselves)! We highly recommend this company!

The first encounter I had with your company was with ethen or his name was even but regardless he must be your best salesman or he should be he came out even though I told him that I was going with victory windows so he came out showed me things about the windows that victory did not we just didn't talk windows we talked about alote of other topics he gets 6stars in my book I think he deserves a raise and chis and his crew did an excellent job even showed me things that were wrong with a few of the windows I would have never have seen that in my book is excellence great job great crew would recommend your windows and crew to anyone who wanted to have windows installed

My whole experience with Elevated has been great, from the young gentleman who knocked on my door , the sales rep, the office personnel and especially the installers and Ryan my quality inspector. Ryan also gave me a great price to get my last three windows finished. Great quality windows and great workmanship!

They should educate their annoying solicitors that cameras pick up and record activity well before the door bell is rung. I overheard the alpha chad saying we tragically needed a new door. I think my door served its purpose when it remained a barrier between him and my 200lb cane corso. Due to the lack of respect and integrity these DB’s showed, I wouldn’t give this company the time of day. Wish I could give them negative stars.

From first meeting the young man asking to make an appointment with a front door assembly salesman with Elevated Remodeling to spending a good 3 hours with the salesman, Bill, to seeing the preinstaller take measurements for our door to seeing how the actual installers worked on removing the existing door assembly and installing our new door assembly - led by Leo and his team of Lucases to meeting the QA fellow, Zack, who wanted my opinion on how my whole experience went, I could not be more pleased. Everyone was very professional, courteous, honest and good to talk with. Leo and his team did have some problems installing our door (took 6 hours instead of the normal 2-3 hours) as there was an issue with the concrete step being around 1 inch higher than the door entrance, which meant they had to jackhammer the concrete down to the level of the door entrance. They did it, cleaned up the mess and installed the door properly. Zack said his company would send out a mason to make the entire concrete step the same height as the door entrance, which will be another trip out to our house. I do not believe many other companies would have taken the time and effort to properly install the door by removing some concrete from our step. I was very impressed.

Got new windows and they look fantastic. The company was great at communicating every step of the process. Would recommend.

My son’s bedroom and guest bedroom were about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of our home due to these windows exposed to sun for most of the day. Elevated and Don hooked us up. We replaced our old windows with ER19’s and noticed an immediate improvement. It was an amazing experience from start to finish and we are extremely happy with our home improvement!

Great windows, room climate changed immediately for the better. Very easy to work with. Supported the process from beginning to end. Handled also all communication with the HOA. Spent 20 minutes making an appointment yesterday with the kid who knocked on my door. He had me talk to someone over the phone to confirm and everything but because I WORK and have a job and couldn’t answer your phone calls that day, you decided to not show up for our 3:30 appointment time. I rescheduled meetings and left the office early to get home in time for this appointment. Completely unprofessional.

Was not interested in moving forward with a quote at this time - simple, right? Not for this company. I have fielded no less than 20 calls from this company and repeatedly asked them to stop bothering me with phone calls. Next step - BBB and FTC to ensure they stop the harrassment.

Had a guy come out to give me an estimate. The guy who knocked on my door and the guy who came for the estimate were different. Both respectful. I ended up not doing the service because of their financing. In the fine print, it talks about added costs if more work needed to be done with a credit line 10x the agreed price. It stated that it the added cost could not be argued against even if it went to arbitration with no jury. I’m always used to an agreed price and factor all costs related to the situation. These types of sales tactics are similar to a car dealer saying added fees will all be factored in when essentially you could be fitting to pay more in the end with no cap to what they want to price it at. Don’t recommend doing business with this company. Avoid them.

A representative from Elevated Remodeling is currently walking around the neighborhood I live in soliciting. I have a sign on my front door that states, “Please do not knock or ring doorbell.” Although the representative did not knock or ring my doorbell, he approached my front porch and LOOKED IN MY HOUSE THROUGH MY FRONT DOOR SIDELIGHT then proceeded to stand out front of my house for several minutes, all of which has been caught on my ring doorbell camera and set my dogs off for an extended period of time. This is extremely disrespectful, an invasion of privacy, and HIGHLY unprofessional.

We just had a roofing system installed (3/22/25) and are very pleased. The crew led by Ellie was amazing, friendly and very thorough. Our experience with the entire Elevated team was wonderful.

After the roofing system was installed, we had elevated do our siding and gutters (end of May 2025). Edwin was the crew leader for the siding and that team was excellent. There was a small issue with it not matching up perfectly in one spot on the house, but they came back the very next day and made the adjustments. The gutter team came a couple days later and finished up. The house looks beautiful and we are very pleased with the products. Throughout the project, communication could have been better as two people just showed up at the house 5:30 pm to install the gutters, then another group showed up to help. We didn't receive the warranty paperwork for the roofing system until after they started on the siding project. It's understandable because I'm sure they have a lot going on, but it would have been nice to be contacted and/or updated. Please do not let these things deter you from doing business with Elevated. They are very good at what they do and bend over backwards to make things right. Still 5 stars!
