Douglas Carter has failed to complete my job since August. I have spoken to, emailed, and texted countless times about finishing the job to no avail. The work was good but he just won't finish it. Now I go to the ROC - what a pain for about 20 minutes of work. Also this is the second bad review I've posted, I don't know how he's removed it.
