Absolutely the best service in home repairs.
When we had hail damage to our home, we didn't know who to call. After getting the insurance claim and calling a local painting contractor, who came to bid on our home we found that our home need much more work than our insurance had led us to believe. Elevated Home Crafters was recommended to us by this top-rated Billings painting contractor. After contacting Elevated Home Crafters, we worked with Connor and Brayden, eventually most of the communication was with Connor, as the insurance company just made things difficult. Connor was the best though the entire process, working diligently through all the red tape and hurdles the insurance kept throwing at us. Honestly, I don't know why he didn't just give up. Connor and his team put in an incredible amount of time and effort working with us every step of the way. All of this took over 14 months to settle with the insurance. In the meantime, we were in the process of selling the home. The repairs are now being competed as the ownership of the home was being transferred. Connor and the entire team at Elevated made the process of getting the repairs completed through the transfer of ownership a breeze. They did an incredible job of building a great rapport with the new homeowners making sure the work was done to their satisfaction as well. I would highly recommend Elevated Home Crafters to anyone. Elevated Home Crafters (EHC) is #1! From start to finish, their representatives kept us (the homeowners) apprised of conversations with the insurance adjuster. We couldn't have asked for a better advocate for us. They stayed on top of each step of a multi-level process. Their subcontractors were equally as enjoyable to work with. The EHC reps were pleasant, respectful, on time and professional. If in the future we find ourselves in need of a contractor, EHC will be our first choice.

Conner and his team helped us repair/ replace the majority of the exterior of our home due to hail damage. They were always incredibly responsive and our home looks great. I would highly recommend them.
