Elevated Construction is working on my neighbor's house next door to me in Old Town Park City. He and his workers have been so disrespectful and unresponsive to my multiple requests to clean up the messes they continue to make. I finally got his attention by halting the job site when I discovered he had smashed my newly installed dry vent when his crew put up scaffolding on my property without my permission. It does not pay to be a jerk to your neighbors. Be kind to others and respect each other and you will get further in life.

Elevated Doesn’t stand behind work. Good with accounting but failed to fix major craftsmanship Items. Left job I complete and failed to respond to defects. Deck/patio, upper deck posts wrap, no drip edge, and a failure in hydronic heat tubes - flooring nail punctured tube per his plumber. Doesn’t respond to texts, calls, emails.
