This company is TERRIBLE to work with!! There are animals above the ceiling/in my roof because this company abandoned my job without finishing the work that I asked to be completed!!
I needed a new roof due to storm damage. I like to use local businesses. A+ was handing out flyers in my subdivision after a storm. We went under contract, and they worked with my insurance adjuster. I requested work to be done in addition to the roof replacement - there were two corners of fascia that I wanted to have fixed. They gave me a quote that I agreed on. The roof itself was completed in a day but they left a gaping hole in the front fascia that was never acknowledged as a priority, and getting them to come back for the additional job to be done took some insisting on my part. They finally showed up to repair the corners weeks later but only completed the one at the back of my house. Somehow, they failed to fix the front corner….and they had to climb right over in repairing the back!!! That giant hole was NOT there prior to the roof work being started!!
Communication with this company is very poor unless they initiate contact when looking to get a check. I reached out multiple times from roof completion (paid) in September through the end of December in trying to get them to come back to complete the job. Now they are saying that I need to have someone else fix the hole that they left!!
Additionally, the roof work was completed in early September, but the pallet with the unused materials sat on my front lawn until a few days before Halloween. Try someone else if you are looking for professional service!
What a great company. They got me approved and stuck by me the entire process. I didn’t have to do much at all! With my autism and my busy work schedule, it was nice to have someone handle it for me while I lived my life. What a breeze !
Mehar did excellent work with the insurance company to get it approved and handling all paperwork to replace our roof and gutter in timely manner. Highly recommended.
