Helped a guy 1800 miles away!!

Shane is a stand up guy that really knows his stuff.

I live in Alabama and we had just had an addition to our house that included a bathroom. The day after the final inspection, we discovered we had water and sewage pouring into our crawlspace.

We didn't know what to do so we called my wife's cousin who is a plumber. He referred us to Shane and I can only say that Shane was a godsend.

Shane walked us through everything from taking pictures and video, to submitting the claim with our insurance, even offering to talk with our insurance agent and claims rep. I knew NOTHING about what to do and was stressed out to the max.

I am so glad we got to work with him and he was able to help us out, even though we were 7 states away. Without him, I am not convinced we would have had the success we've had in getting our situation resolved and our crawl space remediated.
