They did an amazing job on my roofing after buying a new house. They were quick to inspect, quick to provide a quote, and quick to finish the job. The work was fantastic in appearance and sturdiness. My insurance sent me a notice to fix my roof or the policy will be cancelled, so I went on Thumbtack to see about some quotes. Kelly was one of the first to respond and was extremely professional and easy to work with. I received a quote and was able to schedule the repair the very next morning. Not only did the crew do a fantastic job, the price was very reasonable and I knew exactly what all was being done. I highly recommend using them!! They will definitely be my go to from now on.

Element Home Restoration was a total satisfaction for my roof repair and restoration! I was impressed with how knowledgeable they are in advising for repair vs file a claim. They are punctual and very professional! Plus they always guarantee their work with warranty!

In May of 2023 a terrible storm hit my neighborhood with hail stones (ice balls, the size of my fist) that destroyed my roof, my fence, equipment in my yard, my car, my gutters, my chimney, roofing fixtures, sun screens, and damaged the paint all over the house. You roll the dice when you call a company to fix this many problems, (will they be honest, will they try to soak me, will they do a good job, will they back their work, etc.), but I feel like I won the lotto by finding Kelly and Element Home Restoration. He worked along side my insurance company in an effort to maximize the amount they were willing to reimburse me for repair costs. He closely supervised the contractors he obtained to fix the damage, checked their work and well, I can't state clearly enough that this is an honorable man who was completely reliable in all aspects. I am not a trusting individual. People have to earn my respect and he did that. He is meticulously detailed, communicated with me constantly by text, email, or phone and saw to the repairs as though he was fixing his house, not mine. I would unreservedly recommend Kelly and Element Home Restoration to all my family and friends. His competency is unmatched and he shows he is a total professional in every regard. My house looks brand new now and I have he and EHR to thank for it. If I have any issues in the future, he will be the first one I call and I strongly suggest you do the same.

What can I not say about Element Home Restoration? I had a windstorm claim with my Insurance company which I won't mention, but they are one of the biggest out there. Of course they estimated to fix my house that had half the roof blown off and quite a bit of interior water damage from several leaks after the storm on 3/2/23 for $2.5k(Seriously?) 1 contractor & 2 public adjusters all agreeing with the insurance company's estimate later (all must have been blind & crazy), I found Kelly & Element. SHAZAAM!!! they came out & kicked rear & took names with my insurance company. It took a total of 6 months to get the claim paid,, but after Kelly & Team got through with my insurance, I got a new roof, gutters, and my interior fixed. From $2.5k & no hope to over $30k & miracle work later, justice was served & I couldn't be more happy with the end product. House looks great, inside & out. Only thing left to say is Wow! totally awesome! & Thank you Kelly & Crew

Needed my attic power ventilator fan on my roof replaced. Bought a new one from Home Depot, and Kelly Land with Element Restoration installed it for me. Very personable and friendly, and has been doing roofing for years. Did a great job.

I contacted Element Home Restoration to get a second opinion on a report of hail damage from another "drive by" company that was doing work in the area. I had in the past had work done by Mr. Bland and was impressed by his work and personal demeanor. He came by promptly, did an inspection and told me that no repair was necessary at this time but would reassess in 6 months. He also gave me a recommendation to consider have additional roof vents. This was a no pressure recommendation and was followed with some options that would help reduce the temperature on one side of my house. I plan to follow up on this.
I had a great experience with this company. They saved me unnecessary expense and suggested a solution that will likely save me money on utility bills.

My ceiling collapsed right before Christmas, and left a big gaping hole in my living room. After contacting Element, they swiftly came out to do a damage assessment, and offered an estimate in the same day. They got me in ASAP, and not only restored the sheetrock and insulation, they color matched the popcorn paint (I'm a smoker). All of it was done in 1morning, and you can't hardly tell there was any damage at all! Big thanks to Kelly, Pedro, and Daniel for their work and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

Found this company on Home Advisor. Kelly and his team could not be more professional providing the highest quality work. They came out and provided a written quote, with photos, on the spot. He took the time to educate me on the issues and provide value added recommendations preventing future problems.

I accepted Element Home Restoration's offer after hours on a Thursday. They were out on the next Monday to complete the work. Kelly Land provided great oversight to his team, ensuring they were fully prepared for the job. The team completed the work and Kelly even came back to provide a detailed quality control check on the project.

Element put a new roof on 4yrs. recently found a ceiling leak. Kelly Land came out and performed an inspection and found the problem was not related to the roof. Original work was excellent. NO charge for the re-inspection.

We had couple of shingles detached and contacted Kelly over the weekend.He came by on Monday on time and inspected the roof. He couldn't fix it on Monday as the roof was slippery. But came by on Tuesday and took care of it. He didn't try to sell anything. Very professional service and on time and very responsive. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I found this company on a web search for my home warranty issue. When I called I spoke with Kelly Land he is like a project manager but actually performed the work. When I met him for the estimate we hit it off immediately he is very friendly and listened to all my concerns. He did a thorough inspection and located the leak. The estimate was more than fair I knew he'd be best for the job. We had to wait about a month for the warranty company to send the money but Kelly kept in touch with me at least once a week. On Friday the 10th he showed up and repaired the leak not only did he take care of that he went above and beyond to repair other potential problems. I would recommend this family owned roofing company for your home repairs. They are honest knowledgeable and very thorough in my opinion I don't think you would find any other company that is better. PS. They won't break the bank, easy on your wallet.

Our roof was damaged from a criminal/improper solar system installation by a fraudulent installer and was unable to have our insurance to cover the damage.  After this, we got extra cautious with hiring local businesses - we had several companies to look at the damages and got several quotes. With everything was factored in, we settled with Element Home Restoration. If you don't want to go through this hassle, I'd definitely recommend Element Home Restoration as they offer a very reasonable price with the best warranty while trying to take care of your house as if it was their own. Also, they provide drone photos that you could see their craftmanship where you can't really see without getting up on the roof. Along with this, as soon as we got our roof fixed a hail storm impacted our area and he came out here the next day to do an inspection. After having the roof repaired, we are now thinking of hiring them for other projects around the house. It's very hard to know a reliable company that gets things done properly at an affordable price based on their sales pitch beforehand. I would say that I feel safe going with this business and hope this business keeps offering good service as we still have a lot to repair around the house.

Kelly was amazing. He came out gave us an estimate told us what we needed and did not try to sell us anything we did not! He was on time and completed the work within the time frame he gave us!! We will be using him again.

We needed to improve the efficiency of our 1986 built home so that our air conditioner could actually keep up in the triple digit Texas heat. Kelly showed up for the initial estimate and ended up spending well over an hour climbing around in our hot attic exploring our options, free of charge!

He was 100% transparent and did exactly all the upgrades that we talked about, which have dramatically helped our home stay cool.

We ended up also having seamless gutters installed by them. Very happy with the work Kelly and his team did, these guys are a very competent and Professional one-stop shop for all of your home restoration/upgrades!

Kelly and Chris did an awesome job getting my insurance claim brought to fruition. We had an issue with the claim given the first adjuster I had did not do a proper evaluation of the roof. Kelly worked diligently with myself and the insurance company to get this right. When the dust had settled, we got approved for a new roof, gutters and a freshly stained fence. Element was very considerate of my property and did their best to protect my landscaping and remove all debris from around the house after roof installation. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately and corrected if needed. These guys are personable, respectful and professional. I highly recommend Element to anyone, especially those who are new to the processes of getting a roof replaced through insurance.

I had about 7 ridge cap shingles blown off by high winds. Kelly came out and did an inspection of the whole roof to give me an idea of the condition of my roof. Afterwards he gave me a very reasonable estimate to make the repairs. He went and got the materials and returned within an hour. Made quick work of the repairs and showed mepme of the repair. Felt badly for them since it started to rain just as they were completing the repairs. On top of that they gave me a military discount. Will use again.

I have to say I am fairly skeptical when it comes to contractors as I've been burned so many times. HOWEVER, Kelly Land has projected, standards, strong ethics and high level customer service. When work is required in the future, I will ask for Kelly to be the one to come out.

Kelly came out several times to set up a trap and came and took it out when the squirrel was captured. They later release the squirrels (or other critters) to a safe place. The hole the squirrels had made was patched up nicely and painted to match. Very courteous, helpful and fair priced. Would use again.
