What’s incredible is we weren’t sure if there was a water heater in my apartment so he contacted his friend who had worked in this building, and his friend informed him that all rooms had a water heater in unit. So Pavlo came back later to address and take care of my issue. Very thankful for someone that goes above and beyond and that does it with such a positive attitude.

Pablo was great. He arrived to shovel and salt our front walk but was unaware that there were two additional areas to shovel and salt until he arrived. He was pleasant despite the surprise and stayed until the job was done. This was especially appreciated given the late hour and the expectation of more snow.

Pablo installed a new microwave for me. He came during the time window EVEN though it was our big snow day. Pablo was very professional and was done very quickly. He cleaned everything up and even cleaned the front of stainless steel microwave. Would highly recommend again.

Juan was great! Home Depot dishwasher installer gave me bad quote and information for an install leaving me with a dishwasher in my living room. Juan came for a quote and said all I needed was an outlet installed. Much easier and much cheaper fix than Home Depot!

George did an excellent job and went above and beyond. He successfully patched hole in the frame of my balcony door and remove the birds nest. 10/10 service!
