My husband and I have been so impressed by Scott and his crew. Their work was outstanding - not a minute was wasted; the team was always on task. Meticulous to perfection!! Helpful beyond measure!! Scott & his team were nothing but awesome from the start. Scott came to help us when our son flooded the bathroom. He used some equipment to check for water damage, and then detailed a plan to help remediate our problem. Throughout the project, he was timely, easy to talk with, clean and did a great job. There is no one in the business who I would recommend besides Efficient Homes.

I had a domestic water supply line burst In my first floor bathroom, causing severe damage all the way down into the basement. I called efficient buildings and within an hour, Scott had showed up at my house to observe the damage, set up equipment, as well as taking me step by step through the process with working with my insurance company. This all could have been a very stressful situation in my opinion, but working with Scott and efficient buildings made it so much easier. Scott was professional, prompt, and very easy to work with!

If I have any other problems down the road I know who to call, I highly recommend this company!!!

I would rate Efficient Building LLC as A+. They came to help when a tree fell on my house. Their reassuring attitude calmed me and their work ethic was second to none. During the process of using dehumidifiers and roof tarping, they answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

What a great company!! Had a flood in basement on a Saturday morning. Team was out and working on the problem within two hours. Absolutely fantastic work and the most polite, professional staff!

This company was so amazing to work with. The general manager, Scott, was extremely helpful and responsive. He came late at night when we had water damage and set up equipment immediately by himself. The next morning he was there bright and early to get the clean up started. He made it a stress free and seamless process when it shouldn’t have been given the flood in our basement!

These guys are the real deal. Attentive to your needs, your location, etc. Scott wasn't happy with how everything was progressing in the attic (not even going to try to pretend I know what it was) that they came back the next day to finish it and wouldn't take the check for the balance until he was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mold remediation and as a matter of fact will be using them again for my Mass Save recommendation of adding blown in insulation in the attic soon!
