EHI did an excellent job with replacing my windows and front door. Jim and Roxanne were a pleasure to work with and took the time to explain all my options and pricing which was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. The installation crew was very professional and friendly. Shout out to Robbie, Jake, Keith, Bobby and Dakota for getting everything installed in just one day and answering all my questions. They took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up after the install inside and outside. My house looks amazing and I highly recommend EHI for windows and doors and will use them again!!!

We highly recommend using EHI! We purchased windows to replace the existing ones in our home and then new construction ones for an addition. They were extremely communicative throughout the process. When the manufacturer kept delaying things, Lou and Roxanne stepped in and went to bat for us and got our windows in before Christmas (which was a miracle and not something we thought would be possible!). They truly care about their customers and I'll be telling everyone to use them!

The best window company, from start to finish! I sat through 15 hours of window company pitches and EHI was the easiest, most
transparent, no-nonsense, and no aggressive pressure tactics (thank you Bailey!). Installers were professional and clean, and office team is always responsive. Have needed some follow ups with Pella, and EHI has been quick to assist and facilitate.

I've enlisted EHI for multiple rounds of window installs now, and would recommend to anyone.

So just had Efficiency come and install 11 windows. Robbie communicated early on before their arrival and at the finish. They came in, quickly removed and replaced and finished the particulars that come with window installation while being respectfulto the home . He was open to questions and gave answers that anyone can understand. I had some concerns due to weather and that it was only a 3 man crew...I was quickly impressed of how they came in, got the job done and left. MR Roof should be very lucky to have this crew working with them.

Got beautiful windows at a fair price. Excellent customer service! (rare these days). Professional installation as well - sealed up tight, and included trim capping.

EHI was great when they came out to install a new back door for us. They communicated thoroughly, were on time on the scheduled installation day, and got done much quicker than I expected. You cannot go wrong with them!

Installers were great. Salesman was not well informed and appeared to be learning on the ‘spot’ with lots of promises. It took 3 attempts to install windows with all 3 times having either incorrect finishes, wrong sizes or specs. Finally on 3rd attempt we were told to accept the incorrect windows because there would be NO further attempts to deliver what we had ordered. After 1 year we still have not received missing lock covers in addition to being forced to accept incorrect product.

I will never go to anyone else for window installations. Everyone was so friendly, everything was done in a timely manner, and the work is exquisite. Hands down best window installers in middle Tennessee.

We recently undertook a total remodel of a 20 year old house in the country. Our goal was to have the highest quality products and minimal issues (if you’ve ever remodeled, you know what that means!).

EHI replaced the original three panel sliding door at our home. They worked with us to give us the best product that would fit within our budget. Very patient in the process answering any questions that we threw at them; and believe me we had many! The installation crew was top notch. Very professional and polite. This is hands down, the best window company in the southeast, maybe the country. EHI is an absolutely awesome place to buy windows and/or work. The guys are incredible, professional, and hard working. They receive the best training and follow through, use the best products and tools, and work each day to be better than yesterday. The sales people are heavily involved in the install process, caring for and working alongside their customers until the final detail.
