EcoRoofing did a great job! Their attention to detail, professionalism and quality was impressive! They went above and beyond on everything they did. Their communication was also great! I had an issue after the job was done and they took care of everything and stood behind their work. I normally don't write reviews but these guys are great local company and I will go to them whenever I have roofing needs.

EcoRoofing was honest and thorough from start to finish. As someone who doesn’t frequently get on her own roof, I appreciated how Eduardo and the team shared pictures throughout the project and took the time to explain each component, why certain parts are important, and they efforts they were taking to do the job right the first time. He worked and worked to try to get insurance company to pay for hail damage. The workers were fast as roof was put on the house and detached garage all in same day. I am real pleased. Eco Roofing was a fantastic company to work with. My parents' home needed a new roof and siding due to hail damage, and the entire team was outstanding. EcoRoofing was amazing at helping us with our roof due to hail damage from a storm. Eduardo was AMAZING to work with. We fought with the insurance company for a year on the claim and not once did Eduardo/EcoRoofing team give up on us. Not only did we get our roof approved but gutters, window wraps, and facia! Eduardo was there every time the claims adjuster came to the house. He took pictures, notes and talked with them. Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Everything looks great! They cover up everything, clean up afterwards and even make sure to protect your plants! I highly recommend EcoRoofing!

JJ and Cruz did a wonderful job taking us through the entire process of our hail damage claim. Insurance companies are often reluctant to pay on a storm damage claim. JJ was there with us the entire way and very helpful and patient. When it finally came through, the roofing and siding work that ECO Roofing did was exceptional. The house looks wonderful!

EcoRoofing replaced our house and garage roof just over a year ago due to hail damage. It was completed in a timely and professional manner. Last winter we had some leaking due to ice dams and they promptly came out and hopefully fixed the issue. No leaks since. EcoRoofing was replacing a neighbors roof & during that process Eduardo Aguirre knocked on our door & asked if we had had our roof checked after the storm in 2022. Since we had not he offered to take a look & showed pictures of the damage to our roof. We contacted our insurance company & an inspector came to inspect the roof which Eduardo was present as well. Throughout the whole process Eduardo kept us informed every step of the way. The lead Hector & crew that replaced the roof on our house & garage in one day, was prompt & very respectful. The clean up was impeccable as well. There's something special about a company that gives back to the environment by planting trees in return. I would recommend EcoRoofing in a heartbeat to anyone!

Our house got hit by the May 2022 hail storm, and we were lucky to have Daniel offer a fee inspection and walk us through the process of making an insurance claim. I had house and garage roof replacement plus garage gutter and downspout installed. Kisanet, my primary contact, was exceptionally helpful in explaining the insurance claim process and working with the insurance company. He went the extra mile several times to explain the invoices and have a gas fireplace chimney Replaced. Hector was very professional and trustworthy with the roofing crew. They used chalk, lines and sealant, and did quality roofing work.

I have used Ecoroofing as my contractor to replace my roof last year and siding this year damaged by the hail. Eduardo was the salesman work with me. He is very professional. When I called them first time to do a roof inspection after hail damage, he showed up the same day and climb on my roof and take all pictures and mark the damage very clearly. He also took the pictures and showed me on the ipad. He was able to discuss with my insurance company professionally and make a deal to replace the all roofings. He gave me very professional suggestion on choose roof style and color. He brought all the samples and compare all the style with me. I was very happy about the roof i got. Even my neighbors really like it. Then another hail damage came in late 2022....I called a couple of contractors to check my roof and inspection but only Eduardo was able to catch the small holes on my siding even the adjustor from insurance company missed the damage. There was a lot of back and forth with my insurance company and Eduardo took care of it and made the deal with insurance company to replace all the siding. I always check with him on updates almost every week, he was full of patience and always respond right away.

They did a good job when installation, covered my AC unit and clean up everything after they install. Highly recommend.

My experience started with Eduardo knocking on my door informing me that i had an opportunity to get a new roof covered by insurance due to the May ‘22 storm and he would help walk me through the process. Having my insurance replace my room wasn’t even on my radar and without Eduardo i would not have a brand new roof today!! From day one Eduardo was helpful in the insurance claim process. My claim was denied two times. I had three inspectors visit my property and Eduardo was at my house every time to meet with the inspector. After jumping through insurance hoops i finally was approved for a new roof replacement. The installation was smooth and finished in one day. The roof looks amazing and they spared no details. They even repaired a couple special requests while they were on the roof! Every step of the way Eco Roofing made it easy with their knowledgeable staff. Communication and transparency was top notch! Due to hail and normal aging, our roof needed replacement. We were impressed with EcoRoofing's speedy, professional work on our neighbor's house and asked that they bid on our job. Their bid was very reasonable, and we liked that their business model included giving back to the environment by planting trees.

He and our site leader, Hector, double checked all our choice details before the job began to ensure that we were getting the roof we expected. We decided to go with EcoRoofing after a nasty hail storm came through the neighborhood. I worked mostly with Daniel and Hector and they could not have been better. The project was completed in a timely manner and overall the company was very professional throughout the project. We hired EcoRoofing in August to replace our hail damaged roof, gutters, and downspouts. We also had a few pieces of damaged fascia and chose to pay out of pocket to replace the remaining fascia and all the soffit so everything matched. Initially, David was great. He was thorough in his inspection, finding the additional fascia that was damaged, along with some damage on all sections of our downspouts. We were told the pictures he took would be forwarded to our insurance with a supplemental claim to cover the additional damage found beyond the initial insurance inspection and payment. Crews began work shortly after and upon their completion, we were surprised by the amount of scrap metal left in a large pile in our yard when they left, despite the fact they had a dumpster trailer with them. After a couple of days of not hearing anything, I contacted Cruz, the owner, and asked when the remaining scrap would be removed and, to their credit, there was a crew at our house early the following morning to clean up. A couple of weeks later, our new gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia were installed. We had two expensive downspout rain diverters for rain barrels that we asked to be set aside which ended up being lost/thrown away. The gutter/soffit/fascia crew left hundreds (literally) of pieces of trimmed metal, from an inch or two to a foot in size, all around the house. The work was completed in late August and until it snowed last week, we were still finding pieces in the gardens. Worse, however, was the final billing. We didn't hear anything until October 17, when I received an invoice from Cruz, the owner. It had the full price of the roof, gutters, downspouts, soffit, and fascia, minus our initial deposit. They never sent a supplemental claim to our insurance company, which we have confirmed with the insurance company. I'm now going back and forth with Cruz and David, the salesman/estimator who took the pictures, asking for them to please send the pics and supplemental claim to our insurance as they promised to back in August. At this point, I'm not sure they even still have the pictures they took. If that's the case, their failure to follow through will cost us thousands of dollars. Overall, while the work seems well done, the communication and follow through on dealing with insurance is woefully inadequate and I would not use EcoRoofing again or recommend them to others.

Their saleswoman came to my house to ask if I wanted pictures taken of my roof since they were doing an assessment of my neighbors roof anyway for hail damage. I politely declined multiple times but she continued her sales pitch. When I declined a final time, she insisted that my insurance company would call it “negligence” if we didn’t have them take care of our hail damage. I understand she is probably paid on commission but resorting to threats or fear is pretty lame. No means no.

EcoRoofing really helped me out. They did a great job finding the leak in my roof and repairing it. They also gave my roof a tune up by replacing lose nails around vents and on flashing with self sealing screws. The were professional, prompt in getting here and were overall great to work with. We discovered some missing shingles on our roof today due to wind. I made numerous calls to roofing contractors and only Eco Roofing responded in a timely manner. Same day!!! I purchased a square of shingles form ABC Supply and the team from Eco Roofing showed up minutes later and did the repair before the snow storm set in. They were amazing. When we need our siding replaced in the near future, I will hire Eco Roofing and Siding.

I found out about Eco Roofing which is a local Company as they were installing my neighbors roof. I said to Cruz the owner, I was interested in shopping for a roof. He got his ladder and went up on my roof to give me an immediate estimate. I appreciated his accurate and honest quote and his thorough assessment on what work would take place. He provided a very detailed list of materials that would be used as well as providing before and after photos for the permit inspection. I would recommend this Company based on the simple fact that they performed the install in a timely manor, communication was excellent and Cruz got my business because he stated that “He gives his Customer the experience he would expect if it were his roof”

Cruz and his team were great and fast. I called several roofers to take care of my mother's roof after her tree fell on the house. Most never called me back and the ones that did could not even look at the damage for a couple weeks. There was a storm in my city. Cruz was out inspecting roofs. He asked to inspect mine. We called my insurance company to file a claim. I had storm damage to my garage door, side door, gutters and window wraps. Cruz replaced everything with better quality items than I had orginally. He was very professional and impressed me with how he replaced everything and followed up on each item replaced. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Cruz he knows how to manage his company and I will be hiring him for any other needs I have at my home.

EcoRoofing did a great job, from the beginning to the end. EcoRoofing actually went up to inspect the roof/osd boards/attic/leakages/etc. and gave a complete inspection and actual cost with no surprises while 6 other contractors just gave an estimate from the street and said there may be some additional cost depending on what they find after shingle removal and those quotes were already same as EcoRoofing with surprises waiting to be determined which could end up costing more at the end. Overall EcoRoofing did a wonderful job and I am very happy with the new roof.

They insisted that everything be done properly and to very high standards even going so far as to replace a section of the new roof because the shingles were not aligned properly. EcoRoofing is the best! I was totally satisfied with my roof replacement service, from start to finish. Cruz came out with the adjuster and walked the roof, then did it again when the first guy was green, and then he followed up with the claims agent when needed. He was professional and detailed during each visit. His crew came out the day before to drop off supplies and moved our fragile stuff like plants out of the way. On the day of, Moses and his crew got on the roof and got to work as soon as the rain stopped and got to work - done in a day with 1.5 hrs of daylight to spare. They cleaned up and put my wife’s plants back in place:). Roof looks great. Neighbors were impressed too - EcoRoofing is coming back to do their roofs too.
