We had a great experience with EcoBuild. Vitaliy Kalachik was amazing he helped us throughout the whole process of getting our roof replaced. The work was fast and quick. The contractor Serge was also very good.

Recently we were in need of having our roof repaired or replaced. Hi gh winds had lifted a number of shingles and actually cracked them due to their age (23 yrs). We were approached by Ecobuild Roofing who inspected the roof and determined that it needed to be replaced. We were to file a claim with our insurance company. Roof replacement is not a quick process. It can take several weeks to months to accomplish HOA approval, insurance inspections (before and after), county inspection and permitting. While we had some paperwork and the initial claim filing, Ecobuild Roofing handled the bulk of the other communication with permitting and with our insurance company. Ecobuild’s sales and office staff kept us informed every step of the way. Their salesmen, on site project manager, eight man installation crew, etc were as professional as you could ask for. The workmanship of our finished roof is as perfect as a roof can be, it is beautiful. They removed and replaced our roof in one long (13 hr) day(including an impeccable cleanup). We couldn’t be happier. The whole project was completed in exactly one month and if we had to it over again, we would call on Ecobuild Roofing again.

From day one Vitaliy Kalachik the contractor, was the nicest guy you will ever meet and was that away throughout the process. Me and him hit it off great. He walked me through every step throughout the whole process. I could go on and on but in all he took care of everything that he said and even things he didn’t.

Austin McCray was very professional and informative when it came to walking us through the insurance process. He even fought the insurance company when they said no to approving our roof he got it approved and we are very happy.! Perfect. Great company from start to finish. They even repaired an ugly mess another roofing company had left from 8 years ago.

When hurricane Helene came through last October, we had a massive oak tree fall on our house. Ecobuild was quick to get out and tarp our roof to prevent further damage. They worked with our insurance throughout the process to replace our roof, and repair damage around our home. Everything came out amazingly, and you wouldnt even know there was damage there before. A huge thank you to Vitaliy, Victoria, and Liza for helping us get our house back in order!

We recently had our roof replaced by Ecobuild Group Inc, and experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, work efficiently and completed the job with in estimated timeline, then they did a thorough cleanup after work was done.
