I had Eco Roofing do my annual maintenance and they did a really great job explaining options. They did a few patches of work and cleaned it, very professional.

Eco Roofing made everything easy, were friendly, communicated throughout the entire process, and made us feel like our project was personalized. Our roof looks beautiful and flawless! Steve, Brad, Jake, Amy, Armando, and Eric are a fantastic team. We’ve already referred some friends to them.

The process was seamless start to finish to get our roof replaced. We got a quote, they communicated about what days the materials would be dropped off and the project would be started. We even finished a day ahead of schedule. No crazy surprise costs. Awesome service.

I truly had a great experience with Eco Roofing Solutions. They were very patient with our process as a corporate company and communicated every step of the way. When the project started(replacement of the roof and foaming), they ensured they weren’t going to disrupt our funeral home and services going on. Honestly everything happened so fast(1 week) for it didn’t really disrupt business at all. After the fabulous work that was done, there was a some foam that had gotten onto one of our vehicles which owner Eric Perry, quickly got a detailed out to fix and made sure we didn’t see the bill.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the professionalism and conduct of all that were involved in replacing my roof, from the beginning with my initial introduction to the company with Shelby the representative, then Tamika who is gracious and caring dealing with me over the telephone to the actual workers that arrived on time the day of the replacement. I was very impressed that it only took about 5 hours. The workers were very efficient and pleasant and the project manager, Brad was very personable in a pleasure to deal with. Called ECO roofing in June 2023 to fix a leaky roof. They recommended we replace the skylights. The roof looked good and there was no reason to replace. Fast forward to the past rain we had and the roof is leaking in the exact same spot. My wife called a couple of times to the guy's cell and after two broken promises, I called the office and was told she would hear from them by the end of the day. That was June 6th. This is the 11th. Two weeks trying to get them to look at the roof and see what was going on and no response. I would not recommend this company.

AMAZING!

The people of Eco Roofing Solutions are more than amazing.

They showed up when others wouldn't even come look at the problem. No, it wasn't a whole roof project. It was a repair that needed to be fixed because it was leaking - it's unnerving to watch water stains grow on the ceiling every time it rains. But again, no one wanted to even look at it. They felt it wasn't enough of a 'job' for them.

Nobody cared that we had a leak. It just wasn't worth it to them.

But not Eco. They came out, evaluated the problem, and were on the job within days. The crew was outstanding. They had the job done in half a day, and left NO mess.

And now, we're ready for the rain! It actually rained the day after they fixed it - and no leaks! It was a huge relief to get this fixed.

Eco Roofing just completed redoing our roof. I was really impressed from start to finish. Their estimator (Shelby) came to our residence and gave us a complete assessment of our roof with lot of detailed pictures. Once scheduled, the crews arrived on time everyday. I frequently received emails letting me know what was being done and answered any questions I had. Overall a good experience, and I would recommend them to someone looking for roof repairs.

I had ECO Roofing Solutions come over to evaluate a roof issue I had with my patio cover. They were extremely prompt, very professional and very reasonable so I signed a contract. Recently, ECO Roofing completed a roof replacement on our recently purchased home. The start date was on schedule, the roof is attractive & appears to be well installed. We were kept informed of dates & times. We also had a representative show up on site during replacement, who then called us to check to be sure we were satisfied. The site was well cleaned up too.

I bought a new home and Eco Roofing Solutions was hired by the Sellers to estimate roof repairs. I hired them after closing escrow to complete the job. We need some roof repair on a home we just purchased. Nick had the repaired scheduled for the week after we received approval from three HOA. We were not in town at three time it was done, but Brad called me at the start and completion of the job. He also uploaded pictures of the finished roof, along with texting me a drone video. Dawn was in touch daily to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns about the work. The work was done in less than a week right on schedule, and looks great. Absolutely a wonderful company and here are my reasons for the 5 star review:
1. Professionalism - From the start: Kyle came to my house to do an inspection and wow, he’s a massive dude and I was shocked he was going to get up on my roof! His personality matches his physical size!. It took 5 minutes of talking to him and I could tell that he was very kind, very thorough, and the best of all, extremely honest! During the decision process: the team was amazing at communication. Every question I had was answered quickly. They were patient and didn’t push for me to choose them. After a few other roof inspections, I knew I was going with Eco. I felt comfortable with their price (a new roof in today’s economy is going to be expensive no matter what). While the roof was getting done: the field team was equally amazing. Super nice guys. They cleaned up at the end of everyday and hardly left a trace when they were done. Much better than most contractors. Everyday Brittney called me from the office to ensure the team was treating me right and doing a good job. Final product: I didn’t replace the tile but I could easily see all the hard work they did, lots of new wood, new drainage areas and all new flashing. I’m confident with their 25 year warranty that my roof will last and keep my house nice and dry. Brad came to inspect the work on the day after they were done. He too was so personable! I really have to commend this company for hiring great people!
2. Price: as I said above. It was expensive but material is expensive and while I would have loved to replace my tile with someone new modern tile, I had to be frugal and keep the tile we had because it was still in very good condition. The price was competitive with other estimates, but Eco had the best warranty and I just felt so comfortable with them that it seemed like the best decision.
3. Quality: I’m impressed by how solid the roof looks. This was a big job and not one thing was overlooked.
