My home had a water line break and was in need of an emergency repair. I contacted Omar and he immediately sent a contractor to my home. I was extremely happy with his company and how quickly the repair took. My water was returned the same day. I highly recommend EcoRRPS for the quality and professional service provided.
A trusted contractor recommended EcoRRPs when he was unavailable to do a job for us. I have used them twice now and each time they were excellent. This is a professional operation that ticks all the boxes - quality work, efficient operation, excellent communication and fair pricing.
First engagement was to build a fence. My family and I purchased a house (sight unseen) from overseas and needed to fence in the yard before arrival since we have dogs. Because of our distant location, the entire job was planned by email but communications were seamless - clear, timely and informative messages, including photos and plans. After a 15 hour travel day, we arrived at our new house and there was our beautiful fence, which was exactly as expected.
The second job was asphalting a dirt/gravel driveway. I was prepared to use an asphalt/concrete specialist but after some very odd communications, I decided to email EcoRRPs to see if they could do it. Omar responded to my inquiry within an hour and had a crew out to do it the following day. Onsite they were able to adjust the plan and regrade the driveway to route the waterflow away from my and my neighbor's yard (something the specialist said was not possible and required installation of extra drainage). The new driveway is beautiful and water flows into the road exactly as promised.
In both cases, these guys went above and beyond. I recommended without reservation.
Omar and his team did a beautiful job on the renovation of our basement. Omar is incredibly responsive and if ever there was a slight issue, he would come and look at it right away.
Omar and the Ecorrps team have gone above and beyond for us. When I ordered a dryer from Best Buy and the technicians were not able to install it, Omar and his electrician came the next day and solved the issue and EVEN installed BOTH our washer and dryer for us which was so kind of them to do so.
We will be using Ecorrps again when we re-do our deck!
We are very thankful that our relator told us about Omar and the Ecorrps team as we now have a beautifully finished basement and a reliable contact for when we need any future projects.
