Beware. For a home HVAC system, they misdiagnosed a leak in a loose fitting as a catastrophic failure of the entire system's coil units. They estimated $12,000 labor to replace the coil units under warranty or $25,000 to replace the full HVAC system. Focused a lot on the "low monthly payments" for buying the new HVAC. All the tech talk sounded so convincing. And yet a competitor fixed the leak in the fitting and refilled the refrigerant for $800. Now watch them double down in their public response...

The representative, PJ, arrived on time and was absolutely great to discuss our project with. I really appreciated his low pressure, high information, and friendly nature!

I asked them to do electric bidet installation. They are very professional. They showed me want they plan to do and explain to me in details to make sure that I understand. They explicitly mentioned that they would apply for permit and would ask for inspection to ensure the installation quality and safty. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the team at eco plumbing. My only complaint is that the price was outrageous. I went with them because the work I had done was a little tricky but not worth what I paid.

My technician (Edwin) was great. He explained what he wanted to assess upfront, showed me the issues, and took the time to educate me on the underlying mechanics and electrical principles so I could make an informed decision.

We recently had Edwin from Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air come out to take a look at a couple of issues in our home, for a leaking kitchen fan and a bathroom fan that wasn’t venting properly. Edwin was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly assessed both problems and explained the causes clearly, along with our options for moving forward.

It’s always reassuring to work with someone who’s not only experienced but also takes the time to communicate everything thoroughly. We really appreciated his attention to detail and how respectful he was of our space.

We smelled gas the other day and called the gas company. They detected a small leak and luckily, we were not in any imminent danger so were able to get a couple estimates from heating & air companies for the fix. I called about 4 companies and had to leave a message for a call back. Eco and another much bigger company called back fairly soon. Matthew at Eco really impressed me with his friendliness and willingness to explain what they do and he scheduled a repair window with a technician. The day of the estimate their office texted hours before the window and let us know that Levi/the technician was on an urgent call that morning and it was looking complex. They than texted again before the repair window to let us know that the repair they were working on was an emergency and complex and asked if we were ok changing our apt. until first thing the next morning instead of waiting around all afternoon. Wow! That earned huge points from me for great courtesy and consideration for my time but also their technician- (Levi) and his family. I appreciate companies that consider their employees work- life balance. The next morning right on the button Levi came detected the leak and a bigger leak and the source of the problem (our tankless gas hot water tank). He explained a couple of options for fixes, worked up itemized estimates on each, and he was willing and able to gather the parts and fix everything to perfection the same day! Eco charges on a per job not per hour basis which is a good thing in our area because sometimes the traffic lately can delay a person for awhile. Levi was not only efficient but very kind even too our extra friendly dog. He was careful to put on cover booties to protect (even our old carpet) and was cautious not to let the dog out when he brought in supplies. He even triple checked for any other leaks in the pipes behind the walls after the repairs were finished. We will be keeping Eco Plumbing, Heating and Air in our preferred contractors book as they provided excellent service and workmanship. They are also an independently owned company and warranty their service.

Just got done with services from Eco and can not be more pleased . My technician, Bogi, was fantastic and I highly recommend him and Eco. Communication was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. Great service and will be #1 on my list for any future needs. Bogi is the kindest and most respectful technician, give him a raise. If I could give ten stars, l would!

I am a new homeowner to a 1940s home that needed a new roof. Eco Electric completed the electrical work to connect my new roof ventilation power fan. Since I am a new homeowner with 20+ questions, I asked Eco to provide quotes for a number of potential projects. They generously walked me through my home and answered my many, many questions with detailed explanations and a multi-part quote for the various potential projects. I hired them to connect my new roof fan and install lighting, outlets, and switches in my attic while they were up there. I was nervous about getting work done within my old lathe-and-plaster walled house. Eco was a dream to work with. They did a fantastic job. I will absolutely be returning to them for my future home electrical needs, and recommend others do the same.

Johnny Howard is a great guy. He explained everything so very well that even I was able to understand it. The plumbing team were great too. Highly recommended. They were kind to our dog Pearl, too.

Elizabeth was very communicative about any schedule delays, and Sam was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Most importantly, he efficiently found the leak in my main line and had it repaired the next day!

Ryan was THE BEST!!! He went above and beyond and did it all with a smile and great attitude! We are so thankful that he was the one who got to come to our house to help us!

My husband and I remodeled the home and we just paid off the loan for plumbing and electric work. We are satisfied with plumbing, however electric work is a nightmare. We are tired of going back-and-forth and they charge if we ask for them to look into any issue so we are living with Electric work that is not working properly. Lights flicker when dimmers are on full the office which has to be clicked three times in order for it to be activated when not used for a while. they first explained that the switches are not working properly because we used the brand Leviton, but that’s what the first main electrician who worked on my home suggested to use- the second electrician told us that that is not the brand that they use and therefore it’s causing problems. I never heard of the brand leviton before it was suggested. for the amount of money we paid, the electrical work that was provided to us was minimal. I make sure i tap the switch three times when going in my office and make sure the dimmer is not on full. The kitchen lights still flicker though even when it is not on full brightness. I spoke with them in advance about using smart dimmers, but they could not execute their promise.
If you are doing anything complex with electrical work, i would not suggest this company.

Edwin came to our home to give us an estimate on a getting a heat pump. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The whole time he kept me informed on the process and what he was doing so I always knew what to expect, which is something I really appreciated!

First of all, kudos to Eco Electric Plumbing Heating and Air. IT JUST TOOK TWO DAYS! TWO DAYS FOR YOU TO FEEL COMFORTABLE AT YOUR OWN HOME (it took one more day as we arranged it to have two separate days to move our excess stuff from downstairs to upstairs and vice versa).

They did the most impossible part of helping out fix our electric system at home (including all of the outlets and exhaust fans for bathrooms) and the heating and cooling system that we didn’t knew why we’ve been struggling to feel heat and cool for years! It’s normal for homeowners to not know much about those stuff. Eco Electric Plumbing Heating and Air delivered the best results and excellent satisfaction for us in our home.

I would like to thank the customer representative who answered our call (she has a nice voice that I thought I was hearing a voice over on a car advertisement (for real) and to Nate, who went to our house Day one to inspect what needs to be done and explained to us things we didn’t knew homeowners should know some stuff especially on the electrical part. We have been struggling spike and been tripping often when we use appliances at home or just plugging it in. It has been a rough summer this year as the cooling unit we’ve had for years wasn’t working. To think we’ve been using electric furnace that has 60 amps but is not working efficiently in a household (regulated electric in household with the city). I would like to thank The Electric Team Dylan and Vincent, (I apologize I forgot their name) they really did the most impossible part of changing all outlets in the home (we had a lot of stuff that it seemed impossible to get through those ports; they were kind to help us out with those) and they also changed the exhaust in our two bathrooms which seemed impossible at first, they also made sure to check the electricity on their device if it’s safe in every outlet (imagine that; can your usual electrician guy do that for you and have patience with accessing those outlets). They also fixed the breaker panel as we have had loose switches too and other technical stuff.

I would like to thank too the Heating and Cooling guys: Russel, Michael, Josh (I hope I spelled it right). They did invasive attachment to the exterior of our home (it seemed like it was part of the house design/layout;you wouldn’t notice much). We’ve had issues with our cooling and heating with our electric furnace and hvac unit. It takes hours to feel the cold and heat that it doesn’t work efficiently (the issue was the power being regulated to the house is not enough and so it’s not efficiently working). With the new mini split aircon placed (3 aircon and one outdoor unit (Hisense Multi; we’re a Duplex and it really cools the entire home). The best part? It’s quiet. It doesn’t make noise and the outdoor unit is made of copper. They explained everything to us in a way we understand (it was surreal)

All the stuff done was made sure that it’ll last and won’t cause problems in the long run (especially on saving electrical bills). Man I can’t thank them enough. They are great at what they do! Never hesitate to call them and they will help make you feel your house, a home. On behalf of the whole team who worked on the project (and those I haven’t mentioned) we are grateful for the exceptional work you do.

Ryan, Julio, and Johnny came out to my house quickly after a flooded toilet swamped our furnace. They checked everything out, answered all my questions, and gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. Thank you Eco!

Ryan did a good job, identified the problems and laid out some options for repair. Professional. Work was completed in a couple of hours, work area left clean and tidy. Charges were fair for the work done. Would recommend him and Eco.

I went with ECO on my recent EV Charging station install. I am SO glad I chose them!!! Kyle was super helpful, timely and professional. He took extra time to educate me on electric vehicles, was great with my dog and kids and even went the extra mile to make sure he listened and met all my needs/expectations. They had to reschedule my appointment a few times. I had a few evening appointments scheduled. Recommend that you pick your appointment time in the morning, less likely of being rescheduled. Believe it’s on a first come first serve basis.

Johnny came out to inspect my heat pump. We both found that it’s probably time to just go ahead and replace it. He gave me wonderful service. I’d recommend Eco services to anybody.

Edwin S was incredibly educated, thorough, efficient, thoughtful, helpful, and kind! He walked through and looked at the issues and let me explain what was going on while asking super helpful questions. He explained his ENTIRE process to me and I felt very informed of what was going on the whole time. I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what was going on in a way I could understand. Edwin was clearly highly qualified, educated, and knew what he was doing. I would definitely highly recommend Edwin. He also liked cats which was a fun plus!

Eco completed a new, first-time air conditioning system installation for my 1910 home in Seattle. The estimator definitely showed up to make a sale on the spot, but to his credit, he gave a very competitive bid that I could not refuse. The technicians showed up the very next day and were very knowledgeable, friendly and seemed to take pride in and enjoy their work. I felt that the job was done very efficiently and with high quality. They did a very good job of keeping the house clean and cleaning up after themselves. Very happy customer and would recommend to others.

Bogie was the gentleman who came to the house to address my water pressure issues, while conducting an inspection it was discovered that my water emergency shut off value was located in the farthest, corner in my crawl space. Bogie was very professional and informative on what could be done about relocating the shut value as well replacing the PCV and an added bonus fixing my backward shower handle. All completed in a timely matter and very reasonable price. I have a couple more plumbing project and when ready will defiantly be using Eco Services again...Thanks a bunch.....

Edwin was great in his giving us detailed information for an estimate for our electrical panel upgrade. Very thorough and extremely informative about what the project would entail. Much more so than other estimators we have talked to! Still deciding on the work but we were impressed.

Knowledgeable not pressured myself patiently explaining everything price is very high expensive but he told me once you have different quotes we should try to work it out on a smaller price

This was my first experience with this company, and it was Edwin who truly made it exceptional. I had an unexpected emergency a couple of days ago — we discovered water leaking all over our front lawn and across the driveway. After calling around and struggling to find anyone available, I reached out to Eco Electric Plumbing Heating, and they were able to send someone within an hour!

Levi, the plumber who came, was absolutely amazing. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient — truly the best plumber I’ve ever met. He quickly diagnosed the problem within about 20 minutes, and then got straight to work fixing it. In just around three hours, the leak was fully repaired and everything was back to normal.

I’m so grateful for the fast response and exceptional service. If you’re ever in need of plumbing help, especially in an emergency, I can’t recommend Levi and Eco Electric Plumbing Heating highly enough!

I had Sam out to check out a water leak and damage and he did a great job. He was very nice to work with and very professional. Haven’t had a work done by ECO electric plumbing wise, but I think it’s a great idea to have plumbing and electrical together and heating if you can get one good company to support you. It’s a big help if you can trust Them to do a good job

Our service person, James, did a fabulous job of restoring power to our studio and upgrading our outlets and circuit breaker panel. He has a wonderful work ethic and was able to explain all the work he was doing. Looking forward to updating other issues in our home to keep it safe.

Eco are the only company I use for plumbing and electrical issues. Eco has fixed every issue we have had with a quick response time and fair price.

Working within a 123 yr old school building, with multiple techs over the century the building has become a Frankenstein patch work of small fixes all over the building. Eco has always been able to fix any issue that occurred.

Jameson and Bogie did a great job with the specifics that I requested. I have an old wall-mount toilet that has been leaking and refilling for quite awhile. This is the 4th plumbing company to work on it. The other three wanted me to spend $2000-$2500 to replace it. ECO fixed it for 1/4 the price. It isn't perfect; but IS improved and functional enough to live with. I let them know that there was a small problem remaining. They came back, free of charge, and found what it was. It is not worth further repair to me, and they were fine with that - no pressure wither way. I WILL be calling them for other problems in the future!!
