My mom got ripped off by this company. They are super unprofessional and sketchy. The project manager promised my mom our roof had enough damages for our insurance to cover some expenses. He also attended the appointment when the adjuster was inspecting. Unfortunately, we got declined by our insurance. So then my mom got an estimate of “repairs” for $1000 flat. We were never told when the “crew” was going to show up until the very morning of. It wasn’t even a crew that showed up. It was one employee. There is no way one person fixed $1000 worth of “repairs”.

Very very rude. If they don't understand you cause they are Spanish they don't want to help you. And they also like hanging up on you to if you keep asking questions and if you ask to talk to someone else that can understand you they don't like that they will yell and hang up. And one told me after I got upset with them doing that to me that I was rude and that they are a business and I shouldn't yell at them back... REALLY very professional and business like.......lol

I worked with Daniel of ECGcontractors. The communication is good and fast. On the day of the installation, the crew showed up on time and did their job professionally including cleaning up. Their price is very reasonable also. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Jason has been my go to person as a sales representative of this company. He has been very professional and goes and beyond when it comes to customer service.

I called Excellence Contractors on a Saturday and by Wednesday next week they had already installed my new roof. Fast service, accurate and competitive pricing, outstanding communication. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a new roof installed.

My son-in-law hired these guys. They seemed fine until he paid them in full. Then they stop being responsive, don’t stand by their work or return emails or calls. I had to repair some of the work they did when they should have. For this reason I’m rating them a one star. Also real roofers get up on roofs instead of using a drone to take pictures. This group depend on drones to do the work of inspecting a roof. Excellence? More like mediocre contractor group...

5stars! I couldn't be happier I had heard about this group for some time now. I see work trucks everywhere "Excellence Contractors". I have a 3,800sq ft renal home i needed some new valley metal layed out because of some bad install problems from the last guys just 5 years ago. Excellenece Contractors came out to give me a estimate and was right on budget , fair and honest i beleive. The repairs we're not at all what i thought it was going to be they really made it easy and stress free, I though maybe i was in need of a new roof like the last guys i hired told me it eneded up costing me 26,000. That was a mistake now i'm hearing fixing there mistakes. Hire the right group from the begining it saves you 1000's of dollars and the grey hairs or bad reviews. 5starts to Excellence Contractors Group LLC

They did our roof and we are satisfied with the shingles we picked. The results were reasonable. They also installed gutter covers that I purchased in Costco. They are now working to remedy some issues that were remaining so I'm updating our review to a 4 star.

I needed my almost 20 year old roof replaced. Daniel came highly recommended and did a great job for me. I received the quote the same day, agreed to it and the work was done less than a week later (would have been sooner, but we had rain). I am in a townhouse, so the roof isn’t big, but they completed a new roof and the cleanup in a day (long one for them). I was very pleased with the cleanup as I didn’t want my neighbors to have a mess in their yard. Would highly recommend this company.

First class service from beginning to end. We had several roofing companies coming over to give us an estimate. The reason we choose Excellence Contractor Group was because of their service and professionalism. They took the time to explain the process and timelines involved for our project. The day of the job, Daniel was at the job site at 6am. Preparing everything. They move all of our patio furniture and placed everything back after project was completed. Everything was very clean and placed on it original place, it was hard to noticed that we just had our roof replaced. We are very satisfied and happy.

My experience was GREAT! Daniel was my person of contact and he is awesome. He came out to meet the insurance adjuster, emailed her what she needed from him. He has always taken my calls or replied to my text and let me know what was going on and what i needed to do on my end for them to complete my roof! It was a seamless process. Because I never had to do this before, he made it very easy. They came out in the morning and removed the old roof and had the new one completely done before 7:30 pm the same day. he came out and worked with them for part of the removal. I spoke to him when they were done. I was so impressed I have got quotes for him to paint the exterior and do a few jobs inside also.

This company is so professional. My roof looks amazing. They worked fast but with skill and excellence! I’m so glad that I chose this company! I would highly recommend this company

I absolutely loved working with this company. They arrived when they said they would and stayed to everything was completely done. Workmanship was excellent and I had a very large job that included roofing, doors and windows, siding repair and painting. It is beautiful! The Best service. My house had wind and hail damaged from a Tornado that touchdown in a neighboring subdivision. Excellence is the third roofing company I have worked with. The first company never returned my call and they replaced my next door neighbor roof while I was trying to schedule an appointment. The second company was a no show for the insurance adjusters inspection. This resulted in the inspector not going on the roof and reporting no damage. I spoke to the roofer the night before.
This roofer also informed me that they would give me a write up of the damage so that I could turn it in for a reinspection. This never happened. My neighbor across the street referred me to Excellence Contractors. Junior the project manager handled everything very professional. He scheduled everything with my insurance company Allstate and the roofers were excellent. I did not find one nail in my yard after installation. Thank you Junior

Primero envían a una perdona a hacerte el avalúo, te hacen firmar un documento para aprobar la inspección pero es mentira, después de yo haber firmado me comprometieron a hacer el trabajo con ellos, pero no hice el trabajo con ellos porque encontré una compañía más barata y con materiales de mejor calidad
Después me llega una carta diciendo que el documento que había firmado me obligaba a hacer el trabajo con ellos o de lo contrario debería pagar una multa de $2000!!
Mucha gente accede debido a que iniciar un proceso legal puede salir más caro, pero prefiero pagarle a un abogado y no regalarle la plata a esta compañía malintencionada y abusiva

At first the company sent somebody to do the estimated, they request signature to authorized the inspection but is a lie, after I signed they compromise me to do the job with them, I decide to not do the job with them and found a shipper company with materials of better quality. Days after I received a letter saying that I was obligated to do the job with them by the document signed by me or I have to pay 2,000 as a penalty. Many people access to prevent legal charges but I prefer to pay a lawyer and not to pay the company with bad intention and abusive.

They did the estimated to change the roof, after I signed the Authorization for them to call my Insurance company and see if they can do the work, I found a different proposal with real good price!
Excellence Contractors decide to charge 2,000 dollars without doing nothing because what I signed was a Agreement. Please be aware of this "Excellence Contractors Group" I have really bad experience!!!

Outstanding from start to finish. Junior walked us through every step of the process, and everything happened exactly as he described. The roof replacement happened in one day, and the workers left our property cleaner than it was when they got here! I highly recommend this company!
