We hired Eric Easter to replace 2 of our skylights. They were leaking and needed replaced promptly, we were using a bucket to catch the water each time it rains. We signed a contract and paid $2500 deposit to Eric in May. We didn’t hear from him in a few weeks, so we contacted him, he said he would install the skylights end of June. It is now September and no skylights installed, so we contacted him again. Not only was he unapologetic but snarky to us! 4 months of leaking the damage is much worse now and will cost us more money for repairs. We wanted to pay him for the skylights ( for someone else to install), but he informed us he will be keeping the entire deposit. Unethical, unprofessional. We will be picking up our skylights at his shop tomorrow…..
