Curb Appeal Power Wash and Gutters

Curb Appeal just finished installing gutters on the front of our house and cleaning out those on the back. Jon came out and prepared our estimate, giving us several options at different price points and then Lex was able to have installers out the next day! Our technicians Jesse and Destiny repaired and painted the fascia boards at no additional charge! They did a wonderful job!

Incredibly quick service, very accommodating, and did a great job of getting a whole lot of cleaning done. Thrilled to work with them.

Curb Appeal did a fantastic job on our dirty white house. Jon came out to do the estimate and was very thorough and explained the details to me. He explained that certain areas of the siding were discolored and that even when cleaned they wouldn't be the same color as other parts, mainly because of how the sun has affected them over the years. He explained that vinyl siding can't handle the high pressure, so they use a special soap instead. And Ryan and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning our whole house. It looks almost brand new! No idea about their work. I didn’t hire them because they refused to give me any sort of idea of costs. They want to send a person to do an estimate, which is fine if I knew I wasn’t wasting my time and theirs. There are too many service companies charging as much as they can. I just wanted to know what they charge to hang Christmas lights. Per foot or hour but they refuse.

I had a great experience with this company. The recent storms had left my 2-story high gutters damaged and full. Jon recommended bigger gutters and Leaf Blaster Pro screens. My research backed up his recommendations. Communication was great, the price was right, and the job was completed in a timely, professional manner. And, they were recommended by another local company I contacted for a bid, but were fully booked.

The gutters on our office look great! Jon and the crew did a great job moving a down spout for better drainage and up grading the gutters and screens.

We had Curb Appeal come out to wash our solar panels. We were noticing that they were not producing as much as they used to. Did some research and found that wash them with a special type of water with a special type of method could actually increase production. Sure enough production went from about 5600 kW to 7200 kW. We used to be between that 7000 to 8000 kW so it brought us back to acceptable ratings again. They took their time and even went over to do a couple more spots when they did their quality checks which really created trust in their process and showed their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them. Very professional, timely, and was well worth the investment for trying them out! Will use them again!

When I entered my inquiry on their website, I received a call to set up an appointment about an hour later. The guy that came to assess the house was friendly and communicated well. He gave us 3 options and their costs. The other guy that came to do the cleaning was quick and also very friendly. He had me walk around the house with him to make sure it was up to my standards. All around great experience and we will use them again when we need their services.

I can't say enough good things. Saylor and Kaden were wonderful; incredibly friendly and professional. My house looks so clean especially the deck. They truly cared about the quality of work. There was some confusion on the appointment communication but it got figured out and they did a great job cleaning up the siding on the house and detached garage.
