My spouse always buys his roofing materials from here and they are of good quality. The employees are nice and try their best to help you if you have any questions. That's why my spouse buys from Eastern.

The guys behind the counter are cool guys, the yard guys some of them are not so good.
I really don't like the hefty restocking fee. Making money when product sold and when product is returned, due to their hours of operation and the nature of the business you always have to buy extra materials. And applying a restocking fee is not fair.

Worst place I ever bought shingles from got two colors delivered on the roof and had to bring them down off the roof and take them back 3 square after paying to get them delivered and rooftoped and drive them back to the place!!!!! and all the guy could say is " thats what happens when you buy seconds" it isnt somthing that should ever happen Ive never had that happen to me when Ive went anywhere!!! Good luck people!!!!
