There were some mistakes in the process as expected with any home improvement but for now they did a great job. Still finalizing a few details and will update as soon as they are done with the project.

Installation was smooth and painless. It was simple and easy to set up a payment plan. Very happy with the finished project and the experience throughout.

I had a new front door and entire frame installed. Although they were slightly more expensive than another vendor, I trusted them more and so glad I went with my gut. The entire experience was great, no hidden costs, lifetime warranty, door came in early and looks beautiful.

I am soooo happy for my windows and door

I am trying to be objective. I had two projects with them. The first one - installing the three windows, was done fast and good, 5/5.
The second one was bigger and more expensive - building the desk and installing the new patio door. The door was installed fast and good, again 5/5. However the installation of the desk took more than three weeks from the day when they dug holes in my backyard to the final cleanup. Most of this time, their building materials blocked part of my driveway. Also, the communication was really bad - for example, they said on Wednesday: "If the weather is good we will be out tomorrow and Friday, if not we will be out Friday." The weather was good on Friday, but they did not arrive and did not answer my messages. They arrived unannounced only on Sunday.
The desk is built well, however.

Alexandria home solutions delivered on all angles! My salesperson Jonathan was very available and handled all of my concerns. On the day of install the team that arrived David and Tyler we're very professional, they handle my home with care and a cleanup was amazing!!

At the end of the job I didn't necessarily have the wow factor, there were a few things that seemed a little off. But when I called for repair they came out right away they made it right and that is why I give them five stars! I am very well pleased with my investment and I'm sure you will be too!

When it came to installing the new doors our old house provided some challenges for them but they figured out a solution in no time. I am extremely happy with my new windows and the team that installed them, they were professional and did an excellent job. I would never hesitate to allow them to come into my home to work on a job. They did not leave until they knew I was happy and the job was complete. Alex and team replaced my windows and siding. They did a phenomenal job, using high-quality products and they are very professional. I was paying significantly more money using the likes of Renewal by Anderson, Pella, etc. and their products are substandard. Go with Alex and he will save you money, give you a better product, and provide MUCH better service.

We have had Alexandria windows throughout most of our house for 4 years now. Our heating bill in the winter has gone down, there is never any drafting or leaking and they still work and look great. When a few were kind of sticking because of the house settling they came right out and adjusted them. We like our windows so much that we are having them finish up the rest of our windows with them. We had a great experience with Alexandria Home Solutions. In early spring of 2023 we researched many local and large companies for quotes in the Livonia, Michigan area. Alex and his crew earned the job through communication, honesty, and integrity, and this carried throughout the entire process. They were in the ball park for cost, and the materials were above standard. We had a full roof replacement, including gutters, installed and completed by early summer. Alexandria's contractors are skilled, friendly, and efficient. They showed up on time prepared for the project, completed it in a timely manner, and did a thorough cleanup leaving the property as it was found. Inspection time and The City Inspector of Livonia wanted extra vents to meet the ever changing codes. Alex handled with great professionalism and expediency, extra vents installed the next day, inspection complete. Five months later there are no leaks nor issues, everything looks great! Almost forgot to mention, we wanted a skylight installed and Alex upgraded us at no additional cost, what an awesome gift. The skylight has blinds, it opens, automatic rain sensor, and all operated through battery remote and solar. Really Cool!! Thank you guys, it was a great experience and we will certainly use you for future projects.

I had my windows and patio doors replaced by the crew led by Vlad. The overall quality and experience was positive. His crew did an outstanding job and the new windows made the house look amazing. I am already seeing savings on my utility bills, and I appreciate the good craftmanship and responsiveness throughout the entire installation. Alex is wonderful salesman and guided me through the entire process from start to finish. His company obtained all the available rebates from the utilities companies for me. I Highly recommended the company if you are looking for quality and value.

If I could give 6 stars I would!
We worked with Alexandria for our new windows for the home we purchased in the spring of 2022. I waited about a year to write this review so that I could see how the windows did throughout the seasons.
The product that Alexandria supplies is excellent and visually appealing. We worked with Johnny, who is wonderful at what he does and truly loves doing it, and it shows. The process was so easy from start to finish and all of our questions were answered timely and efficiently throughout the ordering process. Johnny would also stop in during installation to check on the progress and corrected any issues that arose very quickly.
The installation team was efficient, respectful, and most of all, excellent at their jobs!
The only issue that we encountered after installation was at the beginning of this summer, where we had a crack form in one of the windows, probably from the temperature changes. We reached back out to Johnny who ordered replacement glass immediately (I think it was actually the day we reached out!) and the matter was resolved in under 2 weeks, most of which was just time spent waiting for the new glass to arrive.
In addition, Alexandria was able to help us with a few other door frame/siding type projects and added that on to our windows for a very fair price.
I would absolutely recommend Alexandria windows (and their other services) to anybody.
