Discovered at a home show. Enticed me to let them come to my home by promissing a free home electrical audit paid for by AEP and would provide up to $600 of improvements during audit. That didn't happen. Didn't really even discuss electrical usage of the whole home while there. Did inspect attic and roof. Determined my roof was not a good candidate for solar panels. Promised to work up a PROJECT for what they could offer for my home. A month and a half went by the salesman finally contacted me to see if I was still interested. At that point I didn't respond back. Why would I ?

We worked with Earth Right to weatherize our home. Cory was great to work with. He was always to the point and very knowledgeable. I learned about things that I didn't even know were included in weatherizing a home. All in all I appreciate everyone that we have dealt with through the whole process. Everyone was extremely respectful, efficient and kind.

My experience with Earth Right Efficiency was very thorough. The young man that came to my house was detailed with what he was going to do and was very polite. We have had an incredible experience with this company, and would recommend them to anyone. We installed a solar panel system along side their efficiency package in our last house, and were extremely happy with the work. They followed up on potential issues that they believed they were seeing in the system that we were not even aware of. Their team is professional and courteous and left us feeling through the entire process that we had made the right decision. We are currently considering the viability of a solar system on our new house, and will not hesitate to work with Earth Right again if we decide to move forward.

This was Ana amazing service that EarthRight provided. A lovely technician came out and changed lightbulbs, insulated pipes, and taped air joints. I even found some surprises like a sweet LED night light! Such a great experience!

From start to finish the staff has been friendly, informative and punctual. Scheduled service dates were preceded by reminder messages as well as confirmation on day of. Our technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained the process of inspection and was able to complete certain tasks of repairs on this day too. He any noted potential repairs and again explained the process heading forward. We were struck by his pleasantbess and competence. Later, we received follow information and scheduling for future repairs. Each person during the process has shown similar qualities.

Earth Right Efficiency in conjunction with AEP replaced every incandescent bulb in my home to LED, insulated my hot water heater and outlets and sealed my air handler. All free of charge. Great experience.
