Pizano Roofing was incredible to work with! They went above and beyond helping us with the insurance claim. Making it so we virtually didn’t have to do anything. We have hired many contractors for various projects and they were the most professional that we have worked with . They arrived on time! They cleaned up their entire mess once they left. The only evidence that they were there was a beautiful new roof! They even took our Christmas lights that had been professionally installed and put them back for us. The crew was kind to my children. My oldest son is very interested in construction and they were very sweet in answering his questions. If you need a roof - you need to hire Pizano Roofing!

We’ve had two previous “roof inspector” companies to inspect our roof and not show up when the insurance inspector comes to go over their findings, despite promises that they would. We explained this to Pizano and we were unwilling to do it again. They promised they would be here when the inspector came.

The day of the appointment “traffic” was the reason no one showed up. Insurance guy was here for about an hour so they could have at least shown up even if it was late, but they didn’t. Had it not been discussed at length that we had been let down by the previous no-show roofing companies, I’d almost understand, but we were assured they would be here no matter what.

So, without them here to go over their damage findings, we hit a wall again…and now the insurance company is telling us that “the inspection” is the culprit and we have a deadline to fix shingles ourselves. A door we would have never opened had we not been talked into it. It’s our fault for believing they’d show up, especially after being burned twice before.

Even if our insurance had disagreed with them, had they at least shown up like they promised, we’d be ok with it.
