Very grateful for this crew that built a 11 x 19 deck with a roof. The final product was very good and this deck completely transformed the backyard, giving us the feel of an outdoor living space. The work was quick and the communication great. They constantly checked in with me throughout the process, making sure that the details were to my preference. All my concerns were promptly addressed, and I don't believe I had to remind Trevor of any of the original details that we had first discussed in the planning phase - he had remembered all of them. I would definitely use these guys again, and plan to for my upcoming projects.

Eagle Eye’s construction has been fantastic to work with. Trevor is professional, knowledgeable and open minded to giving his customer’s exactly what they want.

I just finished helping his customers pick out tile for a bathroom remodel and his tile setting skills are amazing.

When you use Trevor you’re not limited in the size, shape or kind of materials because he is a multi dimensional contractor!

I recommend Eagle Eyes 100 times over!

I try to always post reviews, positive and/or negative, bcz' I also look at reviews when hiring or purchasing products. So having said that, I'd like to say I would "not" hesitate to hire
Eagle Eye Construction again. We had damage to our kitchen ceiling due to the above bathroom flooding. We were home, thank goodness, and had a company come out immediately to eliminate the water damage and dry the entire area. However, in doing so a large area of the ceiling in the kitchen had to be removed along with the floor upstairs in the master bathroom. We received a glowing referral for Eagle Eye Construction and hired them to do the job. They were prompt, professional, and had our job done within two days without any disruption to our lives and both areas were left spotless! We had brocade done on our ceiling when we built our house 34 yrs ago. I was "amazed" to see that the brocade matched perfectly to the rest of the ceiling. You'd never know anything had ever happened The bathroom floor, from wall to wall, was evenly laid, the caulking is precise, and as requested the original base board was reinstalled. We were extremely happy and we'd hire Eagle Eye Construction again. As a matter of fact, without hesitation, we've already referred them to some really good friends!

I am writing to express our deep disappointment regarding the quality of service and the lack of follow-through on a project we invested significantly in. Less than two years ago, we spent over $30,000 on a remodeling project for our home, which included the installation of new laminate flooring throughout the entire house. Unfortunately, the flooring has begun to lift in the kitchen, living room, and hallway, which is both unsightly and concerning. Given the investment we made, we expected a higher standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
During the project, the owner of Eagle Construction, Mr. Trevor, informed us that some lifting could occur in the kitchen due to existing damage in the area. While we understood that possibility, no mention was made of any potential issues with the flooring in other areas of the house. We trusted that the installation would be done to a high standard throughout.
Two Fridays ago, I reached out to Mr. Trevor to inform him about the lifting flooring and inquire about any warranty or solutions that might be available for a project of this magnitude. His response suggested that we contact the flooring company we purchased the material from directly. However, we had purchased the same flooring (albeit a different color) and had it installed by a different contractor three months after our original project. This subsequent installation has not experienced any issues, further highlighting our concerns with the original work performed by Eagle Construction.
Mr. Trevor then stated that he would like to see the issue in person, which we welcomed as an opportunity to address the problem directly. I responded promptly, offering a flexible schedule for him to visit at his convenience. However, it has now been over a week, and we have yet to receive any communication—no phone call, no text, no follow-up whatsoever.
We are extremely disappointed with the lack of response and the way this situation has been handled. After investing a substantial amount of money into this project, we expected better customer service and more respect for the issues we are facing. It is disheartening to feel ignored, especially when we trusted Mr. Trevor’s company to handle the project with integrity and professionalism. At this point, we are not only concerned about the physical condition of the flooring but also about the failure to honor basic customer service practices.
In light of our experience, we would not recommend Eagle Construction to others. We strongly advise anyone considering their services to seek second opinions and explore other options before committing. Our experience has left us disillusioned and frustrated, and we believe others should be cautious before making such an investment.
We would greatly appreciate a prompt and meaningful resolution to this matter. We are still hopeful that Mr. Trevor or a representative from Eagle Construction will visit the property to assess the situation and discuss the necessary steps to address the flooring issue. We believe this is a reasonable request, given the investment we’ve made in both the project and the trust we placed in Eagle Construction.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your timely response.

We've had two remodels and multiple projects done on our 100 year old home. This was by far the best experience we had with a contractor. Their bid was reasonable, they showed up and worked a full day, their work was well done, they cleaned up their mess and the project was done on-time. I wish we would have used them on our other projects but we will definitely be calling them for future ones!

Highly recommend Eagle Eye. Trevor is very responsive and helpful. I had him basically create a adu from a small garage after a house fire and he understood the urgency in completing it fast but with quality work. He created a space for us to stay while we rebuilt so we did not have to rent an apartment for a year. He has many years of experience and is great with customers. His crew is efficient and respectful. I will never go anywhere else when I need a contractor.

We chose this contractor for a guest bathroom renovation. He was friendly, communication was great, showed up as expected, kept the project tidy, kept to the contracted price and above all, did a great job. Highly recommend!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
