These guys are amazing! They were able to get my house just the way I wanted it. They worked hard every day to get it done till it was done. They are easy to contact if you have a question or maybe you wanna change something, they are pretty flexible. I definitely would call them again if I need anything else! We hired them to renovate our in house Castle Rock when we first bought it and we are extremely happy with how quick and good quality their work was. First, I should I say that I have high expectations. My construction experience comes from working for a high-end, custom builder. I realize that not everyone can or is willing to build to those standards. However, I was and continue to be, pleasantly surprised by Bayside Builders.
Before buying my home from Bayside Builders, I had a chance to speak with two homeowners who purchased homes built by Bayside. Both were very happy with their homes and the builder more than a year after they bought their homes. I also had the chance to look through the house I was purchasing on my own. It was difficult to find anything at all that needed to be fixed or addressed, and I spent quite a bit of time looking. And the house was very clean when I moved in. One year later, it is the same situation. I love the house, and there is really nothing that is wrong or needs to be fixed.
The only issue I did have was something that was not the fault of the builder, however, he took care of it immediately. He called when he said he would, and his crew showed up the next day when they said they would be here. I was surprised and very grateful.
I also had Bayside build a deck on my home after purchasing my home. The crew that was here was pleasant, considerate and quiet. They cleaned up the jobsite when they were done and did a great job on the deck.
I only have good things to say about the house I bought and Bayside Builders and would definitely recommend them without hesitation.
