Had three contractors come out for a roof replacement after hail damage. Stephen came out and actually sat with me for about an hour including a walk around and made sure I knew what I was doing with the process and dealing with the insurance company. He was meticulous, a great communicator, and walked us through the entire process. Zero surprises and he was also able to hold the insurance company accountable for extra items due to the damage. My recent experience with Blake and Stephen with Eagle Eye Renovations was outstanding and I will not hesitate to recommend the company to my colleagues and neighbors. A recent hailstorm damaged my roof, gutters, garage door, house paint, and window screens. Blake met with the insurance company representative to gain agreement on all storm related damage and continued to communicate with the insurance company representative as the project progressed. Eagle Eye permitted the project with the City of Aurora without my urging; project permitting is part of their standard practice. They quickly provided the information needed to gain approval from my HOA to install an upgraded hail resistant roof. The communication was outstanding from all contractors associated with Eagle Eye. Their contractors (and Eagle Eye reps) let me know when people would be at the house and these contractors often knocked on the door when they arrived to drop material or place the dumpster. Additionally, my insurance company agreed to pay for only two sides of the house painting. I had wanted to change the paint color on the house for some time, and elected to have the entire house painted. Eagle Eye's paint contractor arranged for a paint color consultant to meet with me to choose a new color. The painting crew did exceptional work. Additionally, the 20-year-old garage door was replaced due to the hail damage. The door company was friendly and efficient. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and I get compliments from neighbors on how nice the house looks today. Eagle Eye Renovations has the expertise, responsiveness, and contractors to deliver an outstanding outcome.

I had an awful experience with this roofing company in Parker, Colorado. Their customer service is terrible, and they tried to scam me on the price. They initially quoted one price, but in the middle of the project, they suddenly changed it without any valid explanation. To make matters worse, they use cheap materials, and when I asked about it, I got no answers.

The owner, Stephen, turned out to be a professional hater—completely unprofessional and rude. Honestly, I have no idea how this company gets good reviews. Be careful and look elsewhere—you can definitely find better prices and better quality with another company. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.

This is truly an outstanding company to work with! We had our roof replaced in July 2024. We got five estimates and without a doubt, Eagle Eye outshone them all with knowledge, professionalism, customer service, and communication. Stephen, Blake, Adam, and the entire crew were fantastic to work with! Our insurance company's adjuster was a nightmare (Farmers/Foremost) and Eagle Eye was an invaluable help with getting our insurance to pay what was owed. We're very happy with our new roof--they did high quality work, efficiently. They are also trustworthy. We definitely recommend Eagle Eye Renovations! Eagle Eye just replaced my hail damaged roof and skylights, and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Great company to work with. So grateful! I was introduced to Eagle Eye when Stephen was doing some work for my neighbor in Inspiration. He noticed my roof was missing a few ridge shingles and came over to offer to do the repair for free. I had been previously scammed by a gutter company so I declined and had my friend take a look; he said it was legit so I called them and they got me right on the schedule and took care of it at just the cost of the visit and shingles!

Then, with all the high winds this spring, a few more ridge shingles blew off. I called Eagle Eye and we decided to just replace all of them. I liked that their team doesn't use a nail gun as that was the issue with the builder's original installation. They were also able to reuse my ridge vent and that saved me a lot money! I got same-day quotes for both projects and they had me on the schedule both times within a week.

It's rare to find a company that will go out of its way to save its customers money! I so appreciate their integrity, how honest and trustworthy they are, and how prompt and efficient they are with providing quotes, getting you on the schedule and completing the job! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, and Stephen saved me from a ton of potential issues had I not fixed that! Thanks, Eagle Eye, you guys rock!

I found Eagle Eye through Nextdoor recommendations. They offered to complete a roof inspection after a large hail storm and from there really helped us get through the insurance claim process. Blake is a great guy and really went above and beyond to get our house back to normal. Features we really appreciated: insurance assistance including being present during the adjuster inspection, insurance communication on all aspects of the repair including adjustments as the job was being worked on when things needed updates, very personable staff and excellent communication and finally free upgrades to better shingles that helped us get a discount on our policy going forward. I can't recommend Eagle Eye enough. We will use them again for anything home exterior related.

Eagle Eye Renovations of Parker completed a roof installation and a gutter installation for me. My experience with them was great.

- They dealt with my insurance company. The insurance company was very difficult to deal with and very slow, but Eagle Eye was persistent and also kept me in the loop the entire time.
- Everything they did was on time - initial meeting, supply delivery, installation...everything.
- They kept me informed from the very beginning. The first time that I met with them, they explained to me exactly what the whole process would look like and were very helpful when/if I had any questions.
- After the installation, they came back and did a quality review of the work completed. Not only that, but they cleaned up everything, which was great. My roof easily passed county inspection after the work was complete.

I would highly recommend this company.

Eagle Eye Renovations installed a new roof for us in the summer of 2020. In the winter of that year, we noticed some stains on our ceiling and assumed it was from a leak in the roof. Eagle Eye came out and couldn't find a definitive roof leak, but did have their team redo portion of roof where leaks were appearing and reseal around vents as a precautionary measure. The stains on ceiling continued to happen; however, Eagle Eye came out several times to trouble shoot. It turns out after much investigation, it was an HVAC issue with a broken vent pipe in the wall. Condensation was building up in our attic and raining water onto our ceiling! It wasn't a roof issue at all. Our Eagle Eye team still came out with the HVAC company to help repair pipe and followed up several times to make sure that the work was completed and no further water leaks were happening. I truly appreciate Steve, Allain, and the entire Eagle Eye Renovations team for promptly responding to all of our issues and not stopping their investigation until the problem was resolved. Great team to work with!

Eagle Eye was very responsive and handled a complicated replace/repair that including coordinating with our Solar company, roof replacement, gutter and gutter guards and skylight replacement. They kept on top of things until everything was finished.
Good quality work too.

Being a first time home owner I am new to any major repairs or the process that goes with it. Knowing that when we bought the house that we would need to replace our roof at some point, I decided to look around but held off because I couldn't find a reputable company.

I was lucky to stumble across Eagle Eye after seeing all the work they were doing in my neighborhood. Every step of the process from the initial inspection to completion and dealing with the insurance company was handled in a timely & professional matter. They really set the standard for what I expect in the future from a 3rd party provider. Blake in the front office has been great to work with as well as Stephen from a project coordination standpoint. More than happy with the roof and I would recommend Eagle Eye to anyone who is looking to get work done.

Eagle Eye Renovations is the best. The owner Stephen is very genuine in his desire to get your repairs done right, the way you want it and on time. He pulled extra roofers onto our job to keep his schedule commitment and he and his project manager were at my house throughout the tear down and install to ensure things were done properly and answer any questions I had. He was more than willing to explain the insurance process and what to expect. We will be using them again for sure.
