From the getgo everyone was professional, courteous, did there job that they were supposed to do. The manager who set it all up to the group who removed and put back up my solar panals, to the guys who scraped the roof and put the new roof on, they were totally professional, communicated, and above all...polite. I'll use EA Restoration in the future if need be.

It is very clear why the last few reviews are 1 star here. I don't know if there is new management or ownership or what, but this company has treated me and my situation horribly.

My home was damaged in a big storm in September 2023 and it is still in shambles. The only thing accomplished in all that time was some tarping on the roof the day after the storm and some tarping in our kitchen where the roof caved in. There is NO communication with any of the team. I've tried working with multiple PMs, calling, emailing, etc. I get no out of office messages when emailing them, no one covers for when people are gone. No one responds.

They even strait up lie. I tried calling after 5 continuous days of no response from my PM and was told he was at a job site and would call back. Not only did no one actually call back, when i called back again the next day, i was told they were out of the country in Mexico for the last week. Interesting that they said a job site the day before....I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were also out.

On top of all of that, they took some towels from the house to wash and still a month later, they seemed to have lost them. They included some special, custom made ones my wife and i had made to celebrate our marriage.

It is rare that I experience something so bad that I would give a 1 star review, but I hope my suffering may help others avoid the same fate. I understand things happen, mistakes happen, etc. What makes a company is what they do about those things. This company chose to continue ignoring me, leaving my home, my pets and family vulnerable.

Approximately 2yrs ago, my home was damaged du to an extensive fire. EA Restoration was contacted for repair. Since day one they were there every step till now that I’m back to my home. Very responsive, they handled insurance, permits and all that hassle! Always answering any question I had. Never gave up. I truly recommend EA restoration. You won’t be disappointed. They become part of your life, they become family. I remember I was loosing hope but they moved every piece around to make sure I was back on my feet. Can’t thank them enough, just don’t hesitate on contacting EA Restoration for your home repairs. You will see one of the best outcomes yourself.

Terrible experience with this company, they were a waist of time they took over a year to finish repairing my parents home and still did not complete the job correctly or completely. They had poor communication through the entire time until it came to the time they wanted to get paid. If I could give them negative stars I would, save your money and run from this company, they will over charge you and steal your money.

Terrible company, no customer service at all. Took 6mos. to complete my floor in 1 room! And I had to call weekly because they do not follow up. After it was finally completed, the wood panels are separated and buckled! I’ve called for 6mos to have them honor my warranty!!! The worst! I’m contacting the better business bureau.

This company is top shelf. I spoke with Kevin Shiflet Friday morning and a crew showed up within 2 hours of me calling. They figured out an issue that I could not. I had a wet spot in my carpet where there were no supply lines or drain pipes. They were very thorough and even found an issue behind my kitchen cabinets that I did not know I had. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs a restoration company.

Expensive, bad experience in mold removal. This, is the least professional company I have ever dealt with. They NEVER had supervision on Site for their workers. Three days they didn’t show up at all, only calling one day, at 2PM to tell me that they were not coming. When they did show up it would be be i, 2, or 3 workers, arriving at 10AM, leaving at 3:30. They were over aggressive in tearing out Drywall, perhaps thinking they would get the contract to replace it.
I filed complaints with the Arizona Recorder of Contractor’s, Consumer Division of the Attorney General’s Office, and the Better Business Bureau, All to determine if they scammed, or committed fraud. In the short time AFTER I filed, they allowed their Bonding to expire, and formed a ‘new’ Company, same name, with another family member as President. This to change their Registry of Contractors
Number, and possibly escape on file, current Complaints.

We live in a two bedroom apartment with two cats. For some reason one of them just does not like to keep their food down and wants to show us what they eat every day. The other cat for some reason always wants to just push everything off the counters including any fall glasses of juice. Because of both of these cats i’m sure you can imagine what our floors looked like before having EA restoration come out and clean them. After they were done you won’t even be able to tell we ever had any cats which is fantastic because we’re not technically supposed to be here. They worked extremely efficiently and are extremely kind people to talk with. I have had my carpets clean before with other companies and they left and still had some stains, they also didn’t go out of their way to move any of my Furniture where the guys at EA restoration moved a bunch of things in order to get more carpet cleaned. I highly recommend them.

Mike was awesome and very friendly. We have a special needs son and Mike asked and was very willing to wear a mask while inside our home. Overall, he did a great job and would definitely have him back out the next time we need his services.

Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Mike paid extra attention to the high traffic spots on our carpet in every room. He did an awesome job. Our carpet looks new again. Will definitely use EA Restoration again. Thank you Mike.

We came home to the sound of water rushing behind the wall in our bathroom. I called EA Restoration and someone was there right away. They were able to stop the leak and start drying immediately! Today they came back to put the bathroom back together and now you cannot even tell we had a leak! Great service and great company!

Finally an honest company. EA Restoration will help you through whatever disaster may happen to your home. They are on your side and will make sure that you are treated fairly. EA Restoration is one less thing to worry about during hard times.

We used EA to clean our office carpets and tile. The floors look AMAZING. The grout on the tile looks new. The customer service was good too. They showed up on time and that was the cherry on top. Will definitely use again

Professional, affordable and great quality! They made our old couches and carpets look brand new. They were friendly and easy to work with. I’d use them again for sure.

I had the carpets and a couple of rugs at my in-laws' cleaned by EA Restoration LLC and was blown away by their service and the results. They were on time, did a fantastic and yet fast job and were a pleasure to have around! I can't speak highly enough. Game changer!

so i’m absolutely disgusted to look at the before pictures of this carpet... i’m super glad that Craig Shiflet with EA Restoration, LLC came out and restored these carpets to brand new! let me tell you what, german shepherds are like freaking volcanos of dog fur...

As a local insurance agent, I see first hand how frustrating and hard it can be when catastrophe strikes. EA Restoration is the best at helping people, and their homes, get back to normal as smoothly as possible. They have done numerous jobs for me personally and my clients and neither I nor them have had one complaint!

I worked with EA Restoration twice this year and both experiences have been tremendously great. This past summer my hot water heater burst and flooded my home, and during the initial clean up I discovered that my house was full of asbestos. EA Restoration conducted the asbestos-related clean up issues. They were efficient and fast and their crew was meticulous when cleaning any mess that was made. The owners, Craig and Cavin, were incredibly thorough in their explanations of the work being done on my home, and they were both quick to respond to my voice messages, emails and texts. I was very impressed with their work and hired them again to perform an asbestos abatement demolition of a home renovation project. Again, EA Restoration was a super choice. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company.
