We have been trying since February to get this completed. Still not done and it’s May.
They never installed it, although we paid for it.
We just want our cap installed.

Edward was responsive, efficient, and timely until they ordered the final piece of the poject needed for our roof to stop leaking, a cap, and they never installed it, although we paid for it. We have been trying since February to get this completed. Still not done and it’s May. We just want our cap installed.
