We recently had our roof replaced by E. Baumann Contracting. They also did some needed fascia and gutter work. The owner, E. Baumann, was very responsive and clear in all of his communication with us. His pricing was transparent, clear, and reasonable. The work was done sooner than I expected and done well. I would recommend them to anyone.

The work was efficient, effective, and altogether excellent. We had not done much renovation on the roof and siding for almost 20 years, and in no longer than three days, E. Baumann Contracting replaced the entire roof and siding. They also took down a tattered chimney for us. The house now looks beautiful anew! Everything including their attitude was as good as one could expect, that is to say, if not perfect.

With my experience in commercial roofing to say that my standards were high for the roof replacement on my house would be an understatement. Emery Baumann with E. Baumann Contracting and his crew truly blew me away. They showed up on time, with the correct materials, equipment, and man power to completely remove and replace my roof in one day. The cleanup was exceptional and his crew was polite and responsive to my request. If you find yourself in need of a new roof it would be a mistake to not call Emery.

Highly recommended! In a recent storm, some of the siding blew off the top of our three-story townhome. E. Baumann assessed what needed to be done and took care of the repairs efficiently.
