I’ve used Dzen Residential Roofing twice. Responsive. Priced right. Great quality. Fast. There’s nothing I can think of changing or improving.

What a great job. Professional, courteous,neat and friendly. I kinda knew before I signed a contract I was going to use Dzen's. They came highly recommended by remodeled in the area. Still I did my due diligence and got 2 other quotes. Surprised me they were lowest, not by much.
If you need a new roof these are your people.

I had a small section of roofing replaced that was starting to leak. I also had a hole that needed to be patched. I had another company replace the roof over the patch and they informed me the patch job done by Dzen was horrible. It was loose and they used 1/2 inch sheathing when the sheathing on the roof is 3/4 inch. I don't recommend this company if you want quality roofing.

These guys were awesome. Originally changed my skylight due to leakage and foggy glass. Skylight was replaced with a solar powered model, “beautiful fixture “. The leak continued Dean sent his people out found the leak and repaired it...at no charge to me. You don’t find that can of service these day. I have two very large skylights side by side only changed one due to cost. I will be using Dean again...you should too.

Pricing is excellent, quality of work is superb.

Dean Pinto is very easy to work with. He listens to what the customer wants. I did not get another estimate after getting Dean's estimate. You want quality and good price DZEN Roofing is it.

His employees are friendly and know their job. They are knowledgeable about roofing and skylights. I thought I had bought a 'new other' skylight which they were going to install for me. One of his workers noticed it wasn't an opening skylight. He also suggested that I do not use one as old as the one I had bought.

I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors.

Especially to a few neighbors who I can see did not get a quality new roof...they have no ridge vents and their new roof was installed over a 30 year old roof. Another has definite sag in his roof.

Also told friends if they need an excellent roofer I know one, Dzen Roofing.
