Dynamic Roofing did an excellent job and made the roof replacement as well as my window screens as worry and stress free as possible. They handled everything with the insurance and got the repaid done professionally and in an efficient manner. I highly recommend Dynamic Roofing.

Dynamic Adjusting Firm LLC - Im writing this complaint based on the effort that was given By DAF LLC. At some point we came to an agreement with my home insurance and DAF LLC to get my roof fixed including gutter. The problem here is they left a huge gap on my siding which in the future if its not fixed ASAP it will cause Long term damages. Which again will cause MY ROOF to start LEAKING Again.

I contacted the Representative from DYNAMIC, but still it has been 3-4 months and all they keep saying is we will get it done.

I also called Dynamic Adjusting Firm LLC directly to their office , left a Voicemail but no one has ever tried contacting me. Im disappointed and Dissatisfied with the Urgency the put into their customers.

My husband and I are very happy with Dynamic roofing after getting our second roof from them after our the last disaster storm. Nick was very kind and worked with us to get the roof completed as soon as possible. Our neighbors have given us compliments on our new roof appearance!

I was buying a house that had hail damage and the seller was paying to have the roof repaired. I needed a third party to review the work and had less than 24 hours to get someone out to review the work. Jeremy responded immediately and wrote a thorough review and was very reasonable about the price. I will definitely be using dynamic roofing for my next roof replacement.

Nick was prompt, friendly, and professional. He spent nearly an hour performing a very thorough inspection of my roof, gutters, fascia, and eaves. He found several real problems 2 other roofing companies missed. He provided over 50 photos showing clearly what the problems were. When discussing it with me afterward, he was honest and practical about what issues needed repair now and which could wait. And he provided several quote options for different sets of repairs Dynamic Roofing could perform. I was impressed with his thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism.

My new home was not built with gutters. The lawn started dieing and getting deep holes from the roof water run off. I called Dynamic roofing, Nicholas came by my house the same day to inspect the roof, and I received a quote within 24 hours.

I pride myself on having high expectations when it comes to craftsmanship..I was apprehensive the gutters would match the peculiar trim color, but I trusted the process and I’m happy to say my expectations were exceeded!!! The installation was very quick. I had brand new gutters within a few days that look fabulous and the price was very affordable!

We hired dynamic roofing for a roof installation after a hail damage! They were extremely professional through the entire process! They really do make sure that we understand the process before they start working so that there are no surprises. They were also very patient with our insurance company and helped us navigate some of the follow ups. We worked with Nick who was awesome throughout the entire process!!!! We’re very satisfied and appreciative of Kurt and Sean’s customer service. They patched a roof leak 2 years ago (when my insurance company denied my first claim) and did not charge me!
Kurt worked with the insurance assessor on second claim and was successful. Kurt worked with me on my options. He helped me out on upgrade to CAT 4 shingles. Our new roof is beautiful and on top of that, my insurance rate went down significantly. Installation crew was courteous , respectful and cleaned up very thoroughly. Sean performed post installation inspection and ensured all vents were properly connected.

Jeremy worked on the project and was extremely responsive and thorough on what needs to be repaired on my roof due to hail damage. He explained in details how the insurance worked and was very knowledgeable. Just awesome to work with.

Had shingles blowing off my roof whenever the wind would pickup. Matt came out to inspect the roof and informed me I had hail damage and insurance should pay for a new roof. I had planned on paying out of pocket. Matt came out when the adjuster came and was here every step of the way. He even came out and done some repairs around my house before the gutters were installed to make sure they worked and look better. Now I have a great looking metal roof with black gutters and I don't have to walk around the house every be time we have high winds.

I needed a new roof really badly but I was on a tight budget. Dynamic Roofing was able to give me a financing plan through a company called Mosaic, which offered very affordable payments. Dynamic Roofing also was able to work with me on cutting some corners, in order to get the most affordable price for my new roof. It was very easy, very fast and a very stress free experience. I highly recommend Dynamic Roofing to anyone who is on a tight budget and needing financing. Dynamic Roofing will figure out a way to meet your budget and they will work with you!

Where can I start? I was provided Kurt‘s phone number from my insurance guy regarding a roof repair and replacement. From the moment that I spoke to Kurt he was very courteous and very helpful. He walked me step-by-step on what needed to be done. Insurance didn’t give me enough money to cover the entire roof and Kurt did everything in his power to help me so that I could be able to afford replacing the roof. He showed empathy and compassion for our situation. I am extremely happy with the work that was done on the house. It’s not often that you get to meet people that strive to help you. Great experience with this company!

Dynamic Roofing was incredible to work with after a huge storm hit our house. They were very responsive from the beginning and were in touch with us during the entire process. We had one minor issue with our garage door that was fixed immediately after it was noticed. We would use them again if needed and recommend to anyone on the search for a roofing repair or install.

Jeremy and everyone associated with Dynamic Roofing did stellar work. We contracted them to do a new roof install and various other exterior projects for the house. All work was done as scheduled and of excellent quality. And they contacted and worked with our insurance company so we did not have to do much from that standpoint. Would hire them again.

We had a severe storm tear off several sections of shingles on our roof. We called Dynamic Roofing General Contracting, Chad came to our home conducted a very thorough inspection. He took time to explain the whole process from start to finish. This was our first time dealing with something like this. Chad was very professional though the whole process. He got the job done at a very reasonable price, stayed in constant contact, and even had the project completed nearly a week ahead of schedule. Everything looks great. Matt was extremely helpful from start to finish, making sure my roof was taken care of as quickly as possible. He showed me representations of my roof with different shingles and helped me decide on a color for both the shingles and gutters. I love my new look and would highly recommend them!

Contacted Dynamic Roofing because of their slick website initially. With so many suspicious roofing companies out their, I wanted a company I could trust. My main contact was DJ and he was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Roof looks fantastic. They also took care of some gutter work, repaired a soffit hole and fixed my chimney. The roofing team did damage an outdoor table I had but DJ did great work making it right. Mistakes will happen but as long as a company makes it right I don’t think you can ask for anything better.
