Excellent work! You were recommended to us from a former neighbor who had a 'Handyman' service, As such, he was familiar with all of the specialized service providers for issues outside his area of expertise. He recommended you for a difficult job where the copper tubing in our ceiling which provides our radiant heat was punctured. You did a very professional job fixing that issue.

That was over 20 years ago. When we recently ran into a problem with our sink (on a new install) that would not drain no matter what product we tried, we decided to call you again. It turns out the problem was more than a clogged p-trap and line blockage which he addressed in his trouble-shooting process. Only through sheer determination, experience and a 'stick-to-it' attitude, he (Mike?) discovered the culprit. It was a complicated issue that smacked of 'intentional sabatage' and it was so masterfully done, it wouldn't have been detected by someone who did not have the knowledge and determination of Mike.

So happy we called you and so happy you're still providing the quality of service that brought us to you some 20 years ago.

Great guys, they wound up on my roof putting the camera down to the main sewer. They located it in the kitchen. Now the can fix kitchen plumbing.

Great experience from phone call to finish!! They told me up front what the service call charge was and gave an appointment window between 12-2 the same day. Tech arrived 3 minutes to 12, checked the problem, explained what needed to be done and gave me the full price up front. Drew was professional and very efficient. My air conditioner stopped working before the end of the season. Fortunately I made a call and the technician arrived within 30 minutes. He found the faulty part quickly and did a thorough check of the furnace as well. The whole experience exceeded my expectations!

I want to thank Allen for his quick analysis, his patience for our blind dog who barks when he hears someone new. He even tried to pet him to gain his trust. He was in no danger our dog did not have teeth. He cleaned up the area. He was very polite and even put some salt in softener due to me ended up in the hospital with congestive heart failure on Sat. Dye’s serviced our office central air unit as well as our furnace. They’re always professional, honest, and provide exceptional service. They go above and beyond! I always recommend them to my clients, family, and friends.

Our water heater starting releasing pressure from the pressure relief valve. Called Dye to come out and check it for safety. They came out immediately, serviced the unit and changed out the relief valve. I feel much better knowing it has been serviced. The Service Technician (Mike) was very courteous and efficient. Replaced a injection sump pump at my house. Called them in the morning and they had someone out here by 1:00pm. He arrived with all the required parts and got right to work. He explained what he was going to do and what the price would be. Completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up after he was done. Very satisfied with the job he did and the service. Would recommend and use again.

Also on 5/9/2024 we had no hot water. Called Dye's and within an hour they were out to check out the situation. Water heater was leaking and they had a new one installed within two hours. Did a very professional job. I'm very happy with the work they did.

Very responsive. Came out within an hour of our call and quickly fixed a plumbing issue. Second time we’ve called and both times the Dye team was very helpful.

When they first came to my house they installed a toilet for 700$. A bit pricey, but I was fine with it. Only a month later and the toilet was leaking into the basement and underneath the flooring. Now they say they won't fix their mistake because of the structural integrity of the ground that they caused. Now I'm stuck fixing my basement and all of the flooring they destroyed. Also I have to get a new toilet.

Dye Plumbing provided great service. Technicians were knowledgeable. They discussed details of the project and were willing to adjust. They wore shoe covers and consistently respected our space. They worked smart and deliberately. I would recommend and hire again.

Third time using Dye plumbing. They always show up when they say they will, and their techs Drew and AL have been amazing to work with. Very kind, knowledgeable and patient. Pricing is on the higher end but they are repaint and stand behind their work.

We have a very complicated plumbing system at our 34 room hotel. There have been several additions and the systems are distributed across the additions with multiple water heaters and circulation pumps and tempering valves and somehow it magically works, most of the time. When it doesn't work, we call Dye, because they methodically diagnose the issues, and they are patient and understanding. When we have urgent needs, they are prompt. The technicians they send are always professional, courteous, and thorough. I believe Dye's prices are very fair, considering the level of expertise and service.

My water heater went out on a Saturday evening I knew I wouldn't reach them until Monday so I was worried it would take quite a long time to get someone here. When I called the receptionist was very polite and set me up with an appointment for Tuesday with a promise to call me if they had any cancellations on Monday. Dye Plumbing has done lots of work for us over the years, replacing pipes, re-plumbing a bathroom, fixing leaks and, today, resolving sewer gas smells but capping an unused drain. They have always done an excellent job, quickly and courteously. We highly recommend them.

I've dealt with a lot of companies, and my experience with this company has by far been the best! Seriously, not one single person talked down to me or was rude. THE NICEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! We had an issue with our plumbing come up while they were installing our new Trane unit, and one of the guys just so happened to be a plumber also. He came in and got it repaired quickly, and it wasn't expensive in my opinion. They did a great job and explained everything to us patiently and thoroughly. I won't deal with another company in the future.

Had some water near the base of the toilet leaking from somewhere. Dye plumber secured and sealed the toilet base. He was here for 40 minutes, used no expensive parts, and the charge was $333! Additionally, what he did did not solve the problem. It turns out the water leakage is from the toilet tank, and it continues to be a problem.

Had a crack in old galvanized sewer line into one of our commercial tenants. The quote was very reasonable and the

I called Dye on the recommendation of a neighbor. They came on time, promptly identified the issue, and then very honestly told me that they could not deal with the issue because it was too deep and they didn't have the equipment. I respect that they were honest, and did not try to do something they couldn't do (excavate all the way down to the sewer main!), and will use them again if we have plumbing issues.

Had to call Dye's 1 day before the big winter blizzard was suppose to come because our furnace wasn 't working properly. They were able to send a technician out right away. Within a short time Jasen arrived and spent time trying to see what was wrong finally decided some burners needed to be replaced, these had to be ordered and they would call when they came in. We got a call that same day that they got some in and we were scheduled for the next morning. Once again Jasen came and put the new burners in and the furnace worked great. Jasen was very professional and explained everything to my husband. Jasen was very professional and courteous both days he was here. We have used Dye's previously and we have always been happy with their work!

Nate Metts, the technician servicing the heating system, was quite knowlegeable and professional. He patiently shared information about the system and added helpful guidance on things I could do myself between Dye annual visits for better system performance.
