Steve recently inspected a 3 bedroom/2 bath home for my mother. I was present for the inspection and very impressed with his professionalism, insight, Knowledge and expertise. Steve was extremely thorough and took the time to show us each issue he discovered, making sure to explain it in a way that even I could understand. He made sure to let us know what issues were large scale and would require quite a bit of money/labor vs. those that were more cosmetic to in nature! His report was so detailed with pictures, even including a diagram to show what it should look like if properly installed. Lastly, he was extremely timely in getting the report to us and was more than happy to answer any follow-up questions we had! I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I am buying a house outside of the state I currently reside, as such a quality inspection is very important. Owens came very highly recommended and I could not be happier with them. Very thorough and very good inspector! Saved me thousands and thousands of dollars on discovering multiple issues that needed major attention as well as finding tons of small little repairs that weren’t big issues but he told me how to fix all of the tiny issues and how important each thing was to fix. He knows his stuff and puts a lot of effort into what he does. Very friendly as well.

Owens Enterprises recently completed a home inspection for me. Incredible attention to detail and very thorough reports. Not only were trouble issues identified but also potential near future trouble issues as well. Owens took the time to explain how the problems located occurred and how they could effect my house going forward. He took me to all the problems discovered and made sure I understood the issues and what repairs were needed. After almost a five hour inspection Owens answered all my questions and even later when I called him over the phone with more questions. A truly respectful business that takes the time to do outstanding work.

Steve was awesome and so easy to work with when getting our pre-drywall inspection completed! He did a thorough job of inspecting our home and he found some things that needed to be corrected, which the builders and other inspectors had not found yet. Steve was also quick at getting the inspection report back to me and he did it over email, so I was able to send it straight over to our construction manager. I loved that their inspection reports also incorporated photographs, so I know exactly what he is talking about. This was my first time to meet Steve and he arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection of the house and included pictures in his report. .
