Anchor Contractors was able to give me a fair estimate (best prices in the area) as well as wonderful communication. Anthony was ready and willing to drive out to the property to answer inspection questions as well as provide key insight into our insurance worries. Anchor Contractors did a fantastic job on our 28-year-old house exterior renovation. This was a challenging project as we wanted our house to have a completely different look. Mike, Kathy, Anthony and their crews were professional, highly skilled, courteous, clean and great to deal with. This was a major renovation including replacing rotten wood around windows and trim, installing new siding, painting the trim, installing new windows and gutters and many more peripheral projects. We've received countless compliments from passer-byes and our neighbors. Our house looks like a new house!

Our roof was done quickly and exactly how we wanted it. Everyone went above and beyond talking to insurance company, city officials, and us to make sure all was done and no extra expense to us. They worked in a timely manner, cleaned up the area, and were fairly priced. I had used them before when putting on a new roof and trusted their work. I felt comfortable using them again when I needed to insulate my attic.

I originally used Anchor Contractors LLC to put on a new roof after a hailstorm. I was very pleased with the speed and quality of their work. So I used them again this year to power-wash my house, rebuild & re-stain my deck and outside stairs, and repair some siding and window trim. They kept in communication, did quality work, and did it in a reasonable time frame. We are very happy with Anchor Contractors LLC.

We had roof damage from a storm in April, both my and my parents! Farmers Incurance recomended them to us. Had to have the entire roof replaced. Definitely dependable, on time, thorough, trustworthy. Anthony is a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable. Less then a month both houses were done. Great response time. Will recommend to friends and family, will use again in the future if needed.

Had a huge issue with our insulation in our attic. Anchor Contracting fixed the issue and now home feels much better. Highly recommend them for anything you need looked at and fixed.

The work done by Anchor contractor Anthony Georgiou was outstanding. He directed putting on my roof and siding. On the roof, decking needed replaced and he talked to Farmer's adjuster to replace all the decking on my house; also, three new skylights needed to replace the old ones at no extra charge. The siding was replaced with a top grade vinyl product, in a very timely fashion. Finally, I would highly recommend this company to any one needing work done on their home.

Very pleased with their work! Had a large loft divided in two rooms to make a guest bedroom/sitting area. Anchor Contractors:
*showed up when they were scheduled
*had a pm that visited the job site each phase of the project to ensure the project was completed correctly
*had a pm that communicated effectively during the project
*effectively addressed a concern without trying to tack on additional work

The Anchor people were willing to work with us to develop and build the remodeled basement. It required multiple contractors which Anchor scheduled and the contractors performed the work in an accurate, professional and timely manor. The contractors understood their tasks to be performed and work hard to complete those task. I would use them again for any other work that I might need in the future.

The roofing team did a GREAT JOB!! I'm OCD and expect all the shingles to be in a perfect line and they were!! They were fast and efficient and done in a day. They did a good job keeping my landscaping protected from falling shingles during demo. I would definitely refer Anchor contractors to anyone needing a new roof installed. The Salesperson\Estimator (Anthony) that came out to inspect our roof and show us samples was very courteous and accommodating to our needs and availability. He is a great asset to your company!!

They were great people to work with. They came and got our roof done in a day. We had a little bit of an issue with cleanup but they were quick to make it right. I would definitely recommend them.

Wil and his team were quick to respond and fix damage from a fallen tree. We were so pleased with their professionalism and great work.

Everything was great for the first meeting and the initial proposal for replacing damaged areas of my kitchen. After the first proposal I asked for a few modifications and to get pricing. Daniel - my rep - ghosted me for 2 weeks. We finally got ahold of his boss who claimed Daniel had been having a "bad few weeks" and hadn't contacted many of his clients. No problem, we all have issues. Daniel gets ahold of us and we schedule another meeting. That meeting day rolls around and we have very bad weather, so we talk to him and agree he'd email us the details that night.... which never happens. Next day we attempt to contact his manager again and are greeted by "What's shaking? Are you ***** *****?" When we said no, we were hung up on - multiple times until we called from a different number. Absolutely terrible communication and service.

*Correction - Exact line when picking up the phone was "What's shakin bacon?"
