DWP Construction LLC

Where to start with DWP Construction...hmmm. I contacted them a few years ago for routine gutter cleaning. They've provided this service for a few years now, spring and fall. Always quick to respond and the price was lower than anyone else I'd contracted in the past.

Last summer, I had some water leakage around my chimney during a heavy rainstorm and Doug came to check it out for me. He alerted me to the fact that I had significant hail damage and provided pics. In the end, I opted to just have the chimney leak repaired for the time being. Doug sealed the roof round the chimney and it hasn't leaked since. There was ZERO sales pressure to replace the roof now, although Doug did offer that I shouldn't put it off too long. That was good advice as I'd soon find out.

Fast forward to the extreme high winds a couple weeks ago (March 2025). The wind blew numerous shingles off my roof; you could see daylight through the roof from inside my garage! DWP Construction came to my rescue. Within days of me contacting Doug, he and his crew had the old roof off and the new one on. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. In and out in a day and cleaned up behind themselves so well you'd never know they were there.

DWP's office manager operated like a pro as well. Their bid arrived by e-mail quickly, as did all other pertinent documents, without me having to ask! The price for the whole job was reasonable and competitive with other bidders.

I look forward to working with DWP Construction on other repair and upgrade projects in the future. What a relief it is to have someone you can trust to respond quickly, do the job right the first time, charge a reasonable price, and clean up behind themselves. That's a formula for securing a customer for life!

Went above and beyond dealing with our needs of a repair then a new roof!
