Brian and his crew rebuilt a deck outside the side door of my house. He provided a reasonable quote for the job and completed the work in a timely manner. The deck itself is very sturdy and well constructed--it is definitely a significant improvement over the deck that was originally built for the house.

This was the first job that Brian did for me, but I hope it's not the last. He will be the first person I contact when I have home repair issues that require the attention of a professional. Needles to say, I am extremely satisfied with the high quality of the work he performed.

I should also note that Brian is easy to talk to and is a great listener. As a result, the deck turned out exactly as I hoped it would. I really appreciate Brian's professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Constructed a second floor deck on the side of the house. They took care of all of the details including obtaining permits and approvals, ordering materials to match an existing deck, construction and cleanup afterward. In a world where you’re not surprised to be ripped off, I was pleasantly surprised to find Brian from Dunn Rite Handyman Services. He and his helper put together a grow light cart, installed a dimmer, repaired a slider and a screen and moved summer furniture up from the basement to my backyard. All in less than ninety minutes. While fixing the screen, he realized a small part was needed. He offered to go pick it up and return to install it. And he did. My impression is that he’s conscientious and knows what he’s doing. Also, he’s considerably less expensive than the first handy man I called. I can’t imagine I’d have gotten any better service for the extra $20 per hour.

Brian and his team where great to work with! We wanted to update our Kitchen before putting our house on the market, and went with Brian based on a recommendation from our realtor. It was a great call.

He was responsive throughout, and stayed withing the budget he quoted us. He also did a good job of helping us envision what the kitchen could look like without being too heavy handed. Once the project started his team work quickly and efficiently, while planning things in a way where we never lost access to the kitchen.

In the end, the kitchen looked great and our house sold after just one week on the market!
