This place is great! It's definitely got limitations for what they can have on hand as it is a locally owned hardware store, but they can (and will) order you almost anything! Also for being so small I've been absolutely shocked about what they do have on hand. Not to mention every single person in there seems to know exactly where everything they have is. I went in there looking for some serious unicorn kinda fix and while what I was specifically needed would be a special order from almost anywhere, they helped me put together a rock solid solution cheaper and looking nicer than the unicorn on the spot! If you need hardware in Dundee stop here first!

This place was great, called to make sure they had an item in stock before coming out of my way to patronize their store. Cashier offered to hold the item for me til I got there as it was the only one of its kind left. Much appreciated!
Upon my arrival, I couldn't help but notice the awesome selection of yeti products. For a collector...thats a big deal. Definitely will be keeping this place on my where to hunt list!

Great people to work with, staff extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I truly appreciate the way the entire staff was not condescending and respectful to me as a lady who has knowledge about what I needed to finish my lawnmower repair project. I searched from the Flint, MI area to Dundee for a small stainless steel turnbuckle and DUNDEE ACE HARDWARE was the only hardware store who had exactly what I needed! The entire staff and the inventory of DUNDEE ACE HARDWARE is second to none! How refreshing to have DUNDEE ACE HARDWARE to turn to for my hardware needs as opposed to dealing with the big box “hardware” chain stores. I just wish I was much closer to Dundee so I wouldn’t have to drive nearly 200 miles round trip, to take all my hardware needs to DUNDEE ACE HARDWARE! I HIGHLY recommend DUNDEE ACE HARDWARE to anyone.

Nice place always have what I need, but the staff are a little overwhelming, all the time I'm there I feel like they are watching you like you are a criminal, I understand some people need help but not everyone and don't hover over your customers. Sometimes I just need to see something to make my decision on a project I'm working on before I make perches. I'm old school and seeing it online doesn't work for me.

The Best Friendliest Hardware Store I've ever been to! I was from out of town and the nicest young man Jackson lent me a dollar because I was so upset I needed to buy my daughter and extension cord for her new house! I went back to my Hotel got my wallet and brought him back a 20 dollar bill, a Jackson and he was so appreciative, it made my day and his because he was so kind! Awesome thanks Jackson!!!!

Like the fact they had little odds and ends to get my project done. Found a couple items I have been looking for so didn't have to drive 20 to 30 minutes away to get them. They are very helpful at the store and friendly. They have a huge section for Craftsman tools. I LIKE Craftsman tools so seeing that sea of red got me a little excited. Will have to go back when I have time to browse.

Great local hardware store. They have a good selection and a knowledgeable staff. Need to remember that they aren't a big box store though, because they close much sooner than the big stores. Edited to add: their selection keeps getting better. Name brand power tools, and Traeger smokers.
