I had gutters installed and they did an amazing job! Their pricing is great. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs gutters.

We received two quotes to either repair or replace our eight-year-old gutters after we noticed issues getting worse. We ultimately went with Duckworth for multiple reasons: they were less than the competition, would upgrade us to 6" gutters, AND Scott Duckworth was incredibly friendly, responsive, and honest.

Luckily, that fantastic customer service continued after we agreed to do business with them. They came out two days later, were fifteen minutes early, and wrapped up (including a thorough cleaning of our property) about thirty minutes earlier than predicted!! We met with Josh Duckworth, Scott's son, who was in charge that day, and he was also incredible to work with! He told us our builder didn't install our drip edge properly, fixed that issue for us (free of charge), and ensured the overhangs were cleaned.

Another moment that touched me: We have a flag hanging outside our front door; he wrapped it up with care and ensured it was in an area where it wouldn't get dirty or damaged. He then hung it back right before they left. I know it sounds so small and silly, but you don't see customer service like that these days!

We called several companies.. this is the only one who the owner answered our calls promptly. Within days he was out to give us an estimate. We have a Hip style one story roof with a lot of gutters.

The builder "Patrick Malloy Homes" did NOT place them up correctly and way too low.. all sorts of roof issues with rafters and backing, etc etc .

Scott immediately noticed what we already knew !

I purchased the six inch gutters.. they arrived on time. A team of 4 lead by David. All were very professional. Facia that had rotted away was replaced along with a small area of a drip guard. They cleaned up after and were done in about 3 hours!

Once again they have excellent customer service and we highly recommend you checking them out!

Solved my storm water issue. Worked fast, and had creative solution to what was a limited situation. Polite and respectful of property. Reasonable pricing. Estimate done over in person, as most are doing this over the phone now, so I appreciated that. The workers were skilled and seasoned, i.e. they knew what they were doing.

The crew was on time to install new gutters and downspouts. And worked even through a thunderstorm. They were professional and did an exceptional job. And stuck to the price that was quoted. There is no doubt I would recommend them to anybody!

I HIGHLY recommend this company. This is a family company, where the owner and his son along with a crew of employees (not some random day laborers) come out and do the work. These guys were priced right and from start to finish they did an excellent job.

Had my gutters replaced on the perimeter of my home. Upgraded to ones with a leaf filter. The work was professional and painless. The final product is perfect and way better than what we had originally. I would definitely use this company again.

I had a very good experience with Duckworth Gutters and highly recommend them. I think a lot of times with different types of contractors (be it for gutters, a bathroom renovation, etc) the most important things are professionalism and price (obviously we don't want to pay way too much!). Duckworth was slightly above the other quote (though they also recommended more needed to be done than the other guy --> which by the way is a tactic I'm sure some companies use to keep quotes/prices low to win a bid) however they had significantly better reviews and I felt more confident in their service when I met them in person. And definitely the best part is that they have pride in their service and honor their work. There were a couple minor things (couple drips) after the initial gutter replacement and they came back to my house TWICE to fix the issue (came a second time w/o question after the first fix didn't completely solve the problem). I was very impressed with their service and definitely recommend them.

Scott the owner came 10 days ago to my house and gave me an estimate to replace my gutters. He was on time, professional and honest about everything. He told me what I need, what I don’t need. Today his son Josh and co-worker showed up exactly on time to do the work. It was pouring down rain but these two tirelessly worked and finished the job. I also had a rotted facia which needed replacing and they also did that as well.
I am very happy with the work Duckworth Gutters did and recommend them to anyone needing an HONEST and extremely reasonable priced gutter people.

Scott quickly responded to my request for an estimate, gave me a great price and installed the gutters quickly and neatly. Cleanup of the old gutters and debris was excellent. I had issues with the old gutters overflowing since the day they were installed 15 years ago; the new gutters installed by Duckworth Gutters drain perfectly and look great. I need gutters on a recently purchased home and plan to have Duckworth Gutters perform that installation also.

Excellent experience! Mr. Duckworth visited our home and provided a quote withing 24 hours. On the scheduled day of installation his crew was on time and took great care removing the old gutters. Very professional crew! The job was completed as promised with no surprises. House looks great!

I had a great experience with Duckworth. Their crew was extremely friendly and and the job looks great! It hasnt rained yet, but if the gutters work as good as they look, my rain mitigation problems are more than solved.

Duckworth Gutters was everything we had hoped for. Requested quotes for covered gutters from a lot of companies with many no responses or just expensive. Duckworth Gutters was responsive, good quote, large selection of colors, sent pictures of the gutters so we could see design and color, arrived as scheduled, completed work on time, cleaned up completely, and the house looks great. Was amazed at how well the gutter color matched our trim color. They even made sure at our request that all the existing downspouts were working properly since they were not replaced. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

I have worked with Duckworth Gutters on several projects-on both commercial jobs and on my personal home/office. Every time that I have spoken to the Duckworth's regarding a job, no matter how big or small, Josh and Scott have always contacted me quickly with straightforward and honest estimates. Their pricing is always fair. The jobs have been completed quickly and are always done exceptionally well. Very pleased with our gutter install from Duckworth gutters....great customer service and work completion! They went above and beyond and made the process easy.

The only reason this is not one star is because the owner was nice, and the debris was removed from the inside of the gutters. The estimate for cleaning the gutters seemed really expensive, but we hoped for a thorough job. The service was not commensurate with the amount paid. In fact, we have become aware that several of our neighbors have paid other companies SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN what we paid, and the neighbors have been pleased with their results. The outside of our gutters is still dirty. When my husband called the afternoon that the gutters had been "cleaned," the owner called back promptly and apologized; however, no one has come yet to complete the job (four days later). We are still hoping for cleaned gutters (inside and out).

3/23/2017 - We had gutter covers put on today. Extremely pleased with everything!!! Scott came out the day I called to give the estimate very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Today Josh was as professional, knowledgeable and did a great job of making sure they cleaned up everything.
After installing the covers. We had got several other estimates and Duckworth Gutters was by far the best. My advice check them out you will be glad you did!!
