Highly recommended! Our roof, garage doors, and gutters were damaged during a storm. DSquared worked with our insurance company to figure out what needed to be replaced, and did what they said they'd do. And on time. Garrett was proactive and communicated quickly, was responsive, and helpful in talking through the details. Field team was prompt, efficient, did great work, and cleaned up well afterward. Plus, they used really high quality materials, including shingles with a multi-year warranty.

I would not recommend. I was lied to and when I found out they were trying to charge close to $80,000 to replace my roof and siding I canceled. I then received a bill from them for over $7000. This is why our insurance premiums are Sky rockting, because companies like DSquared are changing our insurance companies outrageous prices. Getting the same work done from another company for about $30,000. Less then half of what they were attempting to charge. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

DSquared Building installs a class 4 impact resistant roofing system as a standard, with the best warranties on the market. They will come out an do a complimentary inspection of your business or home, help document everything, give you aerial photos, and then present options for restoration and replacement. They install windows, doors, gutters, siding, commercial flat roofs, metal roofs, residential roofs, interior remodels, and more.

DSquared Building has done an exceptional restoration work on my house's roof, sidings, and the storm door. They even have done internal repair that wasn't a part of the initial scope of work and have done it very well. I am one hundred percent satisfied with their effort and partnership. The only feedback I have is a timely communication on the work schedule as I had experienced several rescheduling with them. However, when they worked, they absolutely delivered.

We had purchased our home with an on going insurance claim on our barn. Stephanie worked diligently through the freezing temps and holiday schedules to get the job completed in a timely matter. The end result is beautiful! If your project is special to you and you want it done right, I would highly recommend working with Stephanie.

Absolutely superior service and results! Sean and the DSquared building team did a fabulous job on my roof replacement and chimney. Start to finish, this company is impressive and miles above the rest. Every interaction, from estimating to final cleanup, was positive. The initial steps in my process were a bit challenging, but were overcome with this team's responsiveness and excellent communication. She was sure to meet with our insurance adjuster when he came out to make sure nothing was missed, and even got us a couple add ons that we weren’t even anticipating. As a homeowner who has never had a claim, it was intimidating not knowing what to expect. She did a wonderful job explaining each step of the process with me so I felt confident moving forward with the process. D Squared Building worked with our schedule and was able to fit us in sooner than expected to complete the work while we were out of town, which was the icing on the cake! Stephanie once again had great communication while the work was being done, sending us pictures during the day as well as when it was completed. DSquared Building replaced my roof and gutters recently. Although there were problems with reimbursement from my insurance company, Suresh and Vicki handled it with integrity and professionalism. I could not have asked for better. The work itself was top quality, from the shingle brand to the new decking needed. They spent a lot of extra time with this job and in the end it all worked out. I highly recommend this company due to their honesty, integrity, and high regard for customer satisfaction!

Stephanie walked me through the entire build and from start to finish the project required maybe 30 minutes of my time. Highly recommend.
