Josh and his team were absolute professionals. We flooded twice in two months, requiring crawl space repair both times. We chose DryMedic for the second iteration and it was a definitive difference in quality from the other “name brand” company. We found out, while having a bathroom remodel, that we had a sewage leak under our house. We reached out to different companies to get quotes on a cleanup. After talking with Josh at Dry Medic, we decided to use this company for our cleanup. I’m so glad we did because they are the most meticulous, helpful and knowledgeable people! The workers are very polite and will work with you on all areas. They came back time again to make sure it was dry and clean before putting ground cover down. Dry Medic also works with other companies, plumbing and HVAC, if needed. They worked with our insurance company to get the best deal for us. I highly recommend this company for any cleanup and restoration you may need.

Josh and his staff were consummate professionals. From the floor protection and isolation of affected areas, to their efficient work and attentive detail to ensure all risks were mitigated, I can’t recommend DryMedic enough. We had an ice maker line leaking messed up a lot. Tim came in and found it quickly. Without hesitation, Tim had things moved, and air drying the subfloor as well as the crawl space. Tim showed nothing but professionalism and politeness.

I had DRYmatic come out for a mold restoration, they did amazing work. Tyler was one of the techs and he answered all of my questions and did everything I asked him of. He was very polite and answered any question that I had!

Shawna and the team encapsulated and added a sump pump to my crawlspace that was holding water. I really appreciate how well the company communicated with me because it was a really stressful process. I had to have a separate flooring company to come out and redo my subfloor in one room and they accidentally cut a hole in the liner and Shawna’s team was so gracious to come back out and patch it without charging me. I absolutely would recommend Dry Medic to anyone needing their crawlspace encapsulated for a good price and done right the first time!

After having some plumbing issues, Anthony came to the house, went through the crawl space, was able to quickly find and fix the problem. His work was fast, efficient, and affordable. We will definitely use drymedic again!

I called because I found some mold in a new house that I bought. Because of the reviews I called drymedic, and Tim came by the very next day. He inspected the areas and told me that the areas were small and that I would be better off hiring a handyman to do the job Because it would save me about $1500. You don’t find very many businesses nowadays that are as ethical as this one. I highly recommend her services.

We had a water leak in the crawl space that caused the whole area to be flooded. Our plumber called Dry-medic to help with the remediation. They had to remove the insulation and vapor barrier and clean all of the wooden structures under the house. They did a great job. Their prices are not cheap but I feel the prices are very fair for the work they had to do. Their crew got right on it and took care of everything. They probably saved our floor and our house. Highly recommend.

Very quick work, professional attitude and work ethic. Though the machines can be loud, they saved me so much more money with that slight headache than needing a full restoration.

Joshua Konopka here. Dry medic was recommended to me by huff when my water heater exploded. Joshua Cavanaugh came to assess and he was a really personable, professional guy. (Also he was so sweet with my dog that my dog whimpered when he left!). He acted very quickly to get the mold and water damage out safely. He routinely had people come and assess the the moisture levels and always stayed in contact with good communication. Everyone else whom I came across were also very nice personable and professional. They also left up the barrier for where they removed everything until i got the area reconstructed. I would only recommend this company for water damage and mold removal. I really don't think any other company can top this kind of service.

These guys did amazing work! It would have gone by much faster if not for the insurance dragging their feet. Highly recommend them! Edit- after reading everone elses reviews I wanted to come back and state that everything being said is true. Profeshional, fair prices, and very diligent in getting everything done corrrectly! If something happens in the future they will be call number 1.

I had an abominable time with my home shortly after I bought it... first, a pipe ruptured, flooding the kitchen floor. I contacted DryMedic for the restoration, and the team, led by Josh Cavenaugh, who is just outstanding, came out promptly to handle removal of the ruined flooring and drying out of any remaining water. In the process, they found black mold! So they worked all day and into the night until after 1 AM to tear up everything that had to be removed and treat everything so that my house was safe. They were such knowledgeable, respectful, and personable gentlemen! As a single woman, trustworthiness is a BIG deal to me, and they have always been very above board and treated me with professionalism and courtesy.
Then, in the midst of managing the water damage and black mold in the kitchen, we discovered that my crawl space also flooded badly. So Mr. Cavenaugh and his team came up with an excellent plan of how to address the issue using a French drain system, and then installed it. They were professional, helpful, informative, and offered the best plan at the lowest price. I can’t say enough good things about their excellent service! They really went above and beyond and helped me through the whole process!
AND THEN... about 6 months later, I had a washing machine hose leak, and needed my floors thoroughly dried again to avoid any mold developing. I was honestly embarrassed to have to call again and need them to come out, because the hose leaked due to an error on my part, long story short. But Josh was SUPER gracious about it, they did a GREAT job again, and again, went well above and beyond to help me out! The guys who came out were again so respectful, polite, professional, and helpful, and they worked with me in terms of payment and financing thoroughout both my ordeals. I can't recommend DRYmedic enough!
