Tim was absolutely fantastic! Our hose plug for our dehumidifier came off and water spilled on our carpet. He took care of us with the highest integrity and was very professional throughout this process. He explained to us everything he was doing in a way that made my wife and I comfortable and gave us peace of mind!

In a world where most people are pretty average, it’s a real pleasure to meet folks like her! Nate was also absolutely wonderful to work with. He visited our building following a small fire and quickly provided great information and a quote for clean up/restoration. Their kind, helpful and professional approach really made for a great experience in a not-so-great-situation. They both made what I'd imagine are two very difficult and draining jobs seem like work they genuinely enjoy doing. Clarksville and the surrounding communities are lucky to have their crew and resources available for fire/water/mold emergencies and general carpet/upholstery cleaning services.

It took overnight for the carpet to completely dry and Travis came by at the end of the day to check on us to make sure that we were happy and if there were any issues. We just moved here a few days ago and we come in the house and it smelled like nicotine and smoke. It was just dirty all around. We first rented a rug doctor we only got a corner done it was black and we kept dumping it out and dumping it out and dumping it out, and then we tried scrubbing the floor retried, literally everything. To get it out, but with no luck. So we found this company close to us that could do it. They spread some type of solution to get the nicotine spell out and then they vacuumed it all up, and the floors look amazing. The color has completely changed. It went from like a Brown/gray color to like a light beige. They look completely different. It smells great in here now. It was overall a great experience. They did a great job.They were maybe here an hour and they did an amazing job

We had some water make its way into our basement with the recent heavy rainfalls, leaving our basement carpets soaked with water. I called Thomas's Carpet Cleaning and the owner was so kind and helpful to not only get us pencilled into the schedule asap for extracting the water and carpet cleaning, but to also offer recommendations on other trustee companies to get in touch with about prevention of water collecting near the house. I just had my second carpet cleaning done by them! Against my better judgement I got super light carpets installed in a house w a toddler and 2 dogs. I had a different technician each time and they both got the carpet back to brand new!!! It blows my mind everytime. When you get a service done by them your receipt has $15 off a carpet

They call when they’re on the way (always in the time frame they told me they would be) and call the following day to see how my service was. Love love LOVE them!!! Jacob is here currently cleaning the carpet and our sectional and doing such a remarkable job that i couldn’t wait till after he left to do leave a review because i didn't want to forget to say enough wonderful things about him! He is the most detailed and thorough technician i have ever had to clean my carpets in all my life. I want to request him every time! Thomas Carpet Cleaning is very lucky to have such a hard worker on their team. He spent over an hour just cleaning my huge sectional which i can not be more grateful for! We are a household of many pets and having someone come to clean it as if it were their own really puts my mind at ease. We had bought 2 rugs off marketplace that owners stated were from a pet friendly home, but rugs had been cleaned. They were purchased based on pictures and the fact they matched new furniture. When the rugs were picked up there was a strong scent of carpet deodorizer. I dropped the rugs off with Thomas's not expecting them to be able to get the odor out. When we picked up the rug from Thomas's they were fantastic. The rugs were not only clean the colors were vibrant. The odor was completely gone. There was no scent of cleaner or deodorizer; there was no scent at all. This cleaning surpassed all my expectations. I recommend Thomas's cleaning service for all your cleaning and restoration needs.

Jachob was awesome! He called right before he left so I had enough time to react to his arrival, he was on time with all required equipment, and was extremely professional while there. I had 2rooms cleaned and it honestly didn't take long at all-pretty impressed with his completion time and how he didn't sacrifice quality either! Price was not too expensive, so again impressed here as well. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this company or their service techs either. Job well done!

Came right on time, courteous, worked the entire time cleaning the carpet in three rooms. Carpets look great! Smelled good when they were done. Took longer to dry than they told me but no biggie, we just put fans up to speed up the process.

We needed carpet cleaned on a VERY short timeline due to moving into a house where it had not been done. I inquired online and received a response back via email almost immediately and a phone call first thing the next morning. They worked us in the next day and were very clear in their communication regarding time and expectations. They were flexible when I forgot to mention I wanted the stairs cleaned as well. Roger did a great job and was clear about some spots that might not come clean, and I know he tried his best to get them out. He was also great in communicating his timeline for arrival and departure. Office staff were great with making payment over the phone since our internet service hadn't been connected yet. Overall, I'd recommend this company and use them again (especially since they give you a coupon for another service, bonus!).

Guys that came out to my house seemed unprofessional and unorganized.

Very poor communication. There was two different times I had them scheduled to come out, sat here all day waiting, called them and it turned out oh they had another job come up and they had to go do that... And nobody called me. This happened twice.

They left trash in my back yard.

They left a box cutter in my backyard where my children play.

They left the door to my crawl space open, which had sewage in it. Not only did this push back the timeline of the clean up because they had to close it and restart drying my crawl space, but I'm 99% sure they let mice into my crawl space. My cats have been looking at my vents weird ever since this happened. And if you leave a door open in the freezing cold with sewage in a crawl space, you are basically inviting all kinds of pests.

Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had 4 area rugs I dropped off to clean. After filling out customer info I was asked to initial a box that stated there was no guarantee of odor removal. When I looked up from the paperwork, after being quoted $480, a gentleman in the office stated “ don’t worry, we will get the smells out”. 2-3 weeks later rugs were ready for pickup. Got them home, unrolled them and still had a very strong smell. Called and spoke with a young woman in the office, she stated there were no guarantee’s and they would gladly re clean the area rug in question….but I would have to repay for the effort. My immediate thoughts were of the gentleman’s reassurance that they would get the odors out, and then questioning why I would pay a second time if they couldn’t get it done correctly the first time? I did in fact pay for a second cleaning, from Serve Pro, who actually had a guarantee that if the odor remained they would not charge me! Lesson learned that Thomas Carpet does not stand by there work

I just had a single room that desperately needed to have its carpet cleaned. They worked in an appointment within just a couple of days, and showed up on time. Professional, quality work like this will definitely get me to call them again. Thanks, guys.

Thomas was wonderful. We had an insurance claim due to a shower that was leaking. Thomas Restoration was selected to do the restoration. I am so impressed. They handled everything. They handled the tile contractor, the painter, the cleaner, the drywall person and the trim carpenter. The process was so easy! All the work was done so well and everyone was so professional. I would recommend to anyone.

I used Thomas Carpet Cleaning three times in the past six months, once to clean my carpets to prep to sell my home, once at the move out and then to clean a rug after my move. The guys were all amazing and Lexie I couldn’t say enough about she was so helpful! All very professional and helpful! I would give a 5 hands down if I hadn’t dealt twice with one of the rudest, most condescending unprofessional women I have ever dealt with in a business. Not only to me but to other employees. I almost didn’t leave my rug to be cleaned because of it and the second encounter swore I would never come again. A shame anyone would behave in such a manner or that the other employees would have to endure daily- because I couldn’t.

This is an edit, the owner contacted me and addressed the issue with the one employee. Apologized for the incident. Not every situation can be perfect and how an imperfect situation is handled is what matters. I appreciated his feedback and help. I would recommend their service to anyone and will be back.

These guys are awesome!! They came out with in the hour of being called and we are almost 50 minutes from them..they got all their equipment set up to dry out our home fast. They are so polite and do not try to talk you into any services that you don't need or that you don't want.. 100% recommend

I had a sewage pump leaking into my garage, someone referred me to Thomas’ restoration. I called and within 30 minutes Tim was at my house. He cleaned my entire garage and made it smell so good! I am so grateful to Tim for being so professional and for coming last minute. They did an amazing job and were SUPER reasonably priced. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Thomas called me himself to let me know they would take care of me today and Tim was so nice! This company rocks!!
