Recently bought from here and had a wonderful experience! It took under 90 minutes to test drive two vehicles, get approved for financing, and drive away in my new Trailblazer! The dealer was fair and honest with me in negotiating a price that was we were both happy with and he worked to keep my payments where I wanted them. Very friendly and attentive staff. It’s definitely worth the drive out! Highly recommend!

We drove from St. George to buy a Trailblazer and our family will never buy from anywhere else! You can’t beat the prices, sales tax, or the honesty this dealership offers. If you’re looking for a pleasant shopping experience I highly recommend Droubay Chevrolet.

I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to droubays. You won't get the service you requested and will be paying for things you didn't need done.

They didn't do the job that I brought it in for. I scheduled a diagnostic. Not a parts replacement. They decided to do something they were aware was going to be taken care of. I had already got the parts. Two screws and a plug. maybe a ten twenty min job. I was going to do myself. They charged me for an hour and a half. Still didn't get my diagnostic.

The manager was condescending.

Tyson, the parts employee there was an amazing help. I was calling from California desperate looking for a part that i needed for my vehicle he went above and beyond said he could ship it out. great customer service. They’re always busy. They’re always hard at work and it’s understandable. They’re always doing things that need to be done in order for their dealership to run properly. Graded low because of the way we were treated. Old lady at the counter was rude and had no interest of helping. We purchased a seal but was not even the one we needed. And no refund on special orders Even though we told them what part we needed. Ordered us the wrong part. I do not think they know what they’re doing. I won’t take my vehicle here if I were you.

Pulling 4 horses across the country, and truck goes into limp mode in the mountains! Not good! Droubay got me in, performed the DPF regen, and got me and my horses back on the road to the Western States Horse Expo. Can't thank these people enough for rescuing us!

Droubay Chevrolet Service Department is the best at what they do. DJ is very knowledgeable and can diagnose and fix ANY GM issue. Mindy has done a great job in the Service department making things run smoothly. We love working with the whole service department! I highly recommend them if you have any vehicle issues.

I cannot praise the folks here enough. My car broke down on my way to a wedding and Droubay was the only place in town who could help. When they heard I was the best man, Mindy and Patrick, two amazing humans, moved their clients around to prioritize my vehicle. Tyler, the technician, came to work early to replace a broken corroded fuel pump as soon as the part arrived in town. They got me back on the road and I made the wedding with 90 minutes to spare! It's moments like these that prove there are amazing people in the world who will help a total stranger in need. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you Mindy, Patrick, Tyler and all the Droubay employees AND clients who moved their schedules around to accommodate me. I'm beyond grateful. ❤️

My family and I were vacationing in Baker, NV and have been traveling around the region for the past 1.5 weeks. I'm approximately 1000 miles away from home...On a quick excursion up to Lehman Caves, a check engine code popped up on my truck, a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 diesel, and said I had 175 miles before it went in to limp mode. If you Google the town, you'll realize that it's about 90 miles away from anything. Calling the dealer, they said to do my best to get it to the shop and they'd see what they could do.

After driving 90 miles, the service manager met me in the parking lot, saying that he was waiting for me. He took my information and got the master tech on the job immediately. After a wait of about an hour, the dealer had the problem resolved and I was on my merry way.

I generally don't write reviews, but my interaction with Droubay Chevrolet left me speechless! Thank you all for the personal touch in getting my problems resolved and ensuring that we were good to go to finish our vacation. Simply put, thank you. You are amazing!

Due to the pandemic, I was searching for cars online. Found the exact one I wanted and it was at this dealership. Called in and asked about purchasing the vehicle from out of state and all on line as I have been having a difficult time finding a car with all the features I want locally. Building a car was out of the question, as I’d have to wait months when I needed a car now! I was brushed off immediately because I was from out of state, a woman, and was told my cash was not good here...by the owner! The car has been on the lot and advertised for over a couple months....why would you not want to sell it? Disappointed in the lack of customer service and gatekeeping a car. I understand it is a private business, they can sell to who they want, but buyer beware. Why advertise on a National car database if you’re not willing to sell to someone who has CASH to buy? Should not matter where I’m from, only that I want to make a business transaction.

This is what car buying should be. Fair prices, everything explained clearly, no hidden costs, no pressure, and going out of their way to find you just the right vehicle. Droubay has earned our business! Loved our car buying experience.

I just bought a 2020 Silverado 1500 from Droubay in Delta. Very happy with the whole process. I worked with Brady and he was great!! I live up in Utah County and spent hours at dealerships up that way and just felt frustrated dealing with the dealerships up there with the typical back and forth that goes on. So, I decided to give Droubay's a shot. They listened, they treated me great, and they were fair on the trade in value of my old car and the final price on the truck. Plus, working with a smaller dealership in a rural area you'll save on taxes and dealer fees. If you're looking for a new vehicle, definitely call Droubay, most of the deal was done over the phone so once I got down here I spent under an hour at the dealership. Awesome people. Thanks Droubay and Brady!! I'll be back to get some wheels, tires, and a lift through your service department!!

They are amazing. If you need help go to them. Visiting Delta and had an issue with my check charging system light coming on. They tested it and were very prompt. They did both a computerized test and charging system test. All checked out OK and they charged me nothing. Strongly recommend them. The lady at the desk and the gentleman who helped me were awesome.

Today I was very disappointed in the service department. I have 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500. I noticed that there was something wrong in my front end. I took it to the service station. Explained what was was going on. The next day they gave me a staggering list of problems with the suspension, but there was nothing they could do to fix it. They also said that I shouldn't drive the truck no more it was not safe. They said because it had a lift kit, they couldn't find parts. And to take it up North they would be able to figure it out. I live in Layton and have no way to get home. On top of that they charged me 30.00 dollars for the diagnostic. I always thought that a Chevy dealership was the last line of defense in automotive repair. Apparently note this dealership. I wouldn't recommend this establishment for reliable automotive repair. I felt like they pretty much left me hanging. Now I'm stuck. Thanks Drubay.

These guys helped us out with a blow out on a trailer tire. Super friendly and didn't delay to help us out. They sold us a tire at a decent price and mounted it right away. However, They didn't try to fix our old tire. ;) (see picture)

Brought my vehicle in for recall service and a minor repair. Excellent service, was completed much faster than anticipated! Staff was outstanding! Overall one of the best experiences I've had in a service department. Won't hesitate to come back. Left confident that u wasn't ripped off which hasn't always been the case at other dealerships.

Didn't go inside, I was just looking around at their vehicles and options. Well kept lot, decent selection. Will update in the future after looking into possible purchase.

I just purchased a 19’ Silverado from Droubay Chevrolet on Monday of this week. I have to let everyone know how great they were to work with. Chess Shiner was my salesmen and did a phenomenal job in getting me the right truck for a great price, and went even further to give me a great number on my trade! When I arrived out in Delta I was greeted by the finance manager Brady, and Rob Droubay the owner. It’s not very often you see or talk to the owner of a dealership, and I was very impressed and appreciated that he took the time to speak with me. From there the process went very smooth, and I was out of there with my new truck.

The next day Rob went a step further and sent me an email personally thanking me for my business. If you want a great buying experience, without salesman waiting in the lot for you to open your door and pounce! Take a little ride out to Delta and see these guys! I’ll definitely be back. Small town hospitality can’t be beat!

Bought a truck from Brady. Great price, great experience, and great to work with, I drove two and one half hours from South Weber, and it was well worth the drive, I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is sick and tired of the car dealer BS, and that is new or used.

Blew a tire just outside Delta. They sold me a new tire, priced matched that tire, and had me back in the road in a half hour.

Great service. Large selection. Great to work with. A year later and bought another vehicle with great service and great prices. These guys make the "big" dealerships look very bad. Top notch once again.

This is where I take my car. The mechanics give good advice and they've always done a good job with repairs.
