everything went so smoothly!! Brant gave me the estimate on the SAME Day that I requested it!! The roof was installed a week after I signed off on the estimate. We had a pesty leak that dripped water over the bedroom every time it rained. Once Steve came out, he was able to do a temporary repair until they were able to replace the roof. Driscoll Roofing was very friendly and efficient. It felt as if they were on our side through the entire process. The crew was tidy and did a fantastic job. Best of all, when it rains it stays outside!

Driscoll Roofing had a very competitive bid. They were very cooperative in delivering samples to my home and helping me choose a quality shingle and color. Mike is very knowledgeable about the industry and pointed out information that was not provided by the two other bids that I received. His experience in the industry is well displayed. I’m very glad I hired them to install my roof, it really looks beautiful.

Very thorough estimate process by Steve Driscoll, including disposition of an unused crumbling brick chimney which the other 2 companies we considered didn't even mention. The crew worked hard, was careful around the landscaping, and cleaned up all the debris perfectly. Our new roof looks amazing!

Finished my roof 3/9/2020. Did an excellent job. On time, did everything agreed to, cleaned up area. The crew worked every moment. They are respectful. Used Driscoll Roofing because of there reputation and it payed off.

Driscoll Roofing did an excellent job on my roof using GAF architectural shingles. Mike suggested a complimentary color which makes my home look more appealing. I had a complete tear off with 6 boards replaced. Part of my roof was 15yrs old and the addition 28yrs old. Mike also installed 6 replacement skylights since the originals were 28yrs old. There were no hiccups other than weather issues to delay the job. Driscoll provided excellent workmanship and clean up. I would definitely recommend Driscoll Roofing!

We contacted Driscoll Roofing to inspect our roof due to a leak. Upon Steve Driscolls' inspection we found that we needed a complete tear off due to mold and delaminationing of the decking. After collecting a few bids we decided to hire Driscoll, not because of their estimate (not the low bid) but because of the thoroughnes of the inspection and knowledge of roofing. They also repaired and corrected the venting to code. Crew was professional and courteous and took their time with making everything right. They cleaned up the yard every night as if they were never there. Doing business with Steve was like working with a friend. I highly recommend Driscoll Renovations for any home projects..

DRI recently completed my roof in Lombard, Illinois. From beginning to end the staff at Driscoll Renovations provided a compassionate and thorough explanation of the process. DRI worked with my schedule and my needs throughout the project. My roof had suffered damage from a storm and their guidance with filing an insurance claim was spectacular. They're approach to business is "people-oriented" and I always felt like I was in good hands. This is a great family business that does great work. Thank you, DRI!

We just had a new GAF HD architectural roof put on by Driscoll Roofing. From the initial meeting to the final finished work, Steve was excellent. I called for an estimate, and Steve was at our house on time and explained everything that Driscoll would perform. He gave us a great price and kept us informed when they would start the work, to accommodate my schedule. I had a complete tearoff, and he was there to oversee the work, from the beginning to the final cleanup. Driscoll performed excellent workmanship, was respectful of our landscaping, placing tarps, to catch any fallen nails and debris. When finished, they walked the property with a rolling magnet, to pick up any missed nails. They also used a blower to clean out my gutters from the old roof particles. When the job was complete, it was like they were never there, other than a Great looking roof. I was very please with the work, Steve and the Driscoll crew did, and I would recommend them for your roofing needs in the future.

They did the job quickly, and professionally, cleaned up too.
Mike had pointed out that roof was not vented properly, so they corrected it, and I can feel the difference heating, and cooling of rooms. He also fixed the exhausts fan so cool air would not flow back into kitchen.
I would highly recommend them.

I can't begin to say how pleased we were if the job that Steve and his crew did. They were thorough and our roof looks great!!

Hard today believe that they are rated an A+ by BBB. Met with Mike and I mentioned that we did have a big hail storm back in early August but our original call was to get roof repaired because we had a waterspot on our MB ceiling and that there was light coming in through our attic. Mike seemed really pleasant and helpful, took a huge amount of photos which seemed to show pretty extensive hail damage. He said would be best to open a claim with our insurance and he could meet the adjuster when they came out if we would like. Also stated that he would send photos to us so we could forward to our insurance company. Only the photos never came when he said. So I called the Driscoll answering service and received a call back and they took my email down and said that they would have Mike send the photos the following morning . I was ok with that. The next morning my phone went beserk when ONE by ONE I was sent a series of texts, o e photo at a time . Only the resolution wasnawful and I could not see the damage that was so clear on the photos that were shown to me . Then I called again and AGAIN gave my email address. Then Mike sends me only two or three pics via email of the thirty plus photos he originally took and had shown me. I had opened a claim with my insurance company and told Mike when the appt. Was and he THEN NEVER shows. The adjuster claims minor damage and now I have a claim that might not even have been worth filing in the first place because the damage is less then my deductible. This company clearly does not deserve the BBB rating they have about on the advertisements. Not happy at ALL.

Update:. Owner reached out to us repeatedly then apologized and offered aa temporar fix while we figured out how we will proceed with the necessary repairs. We contacted another roofing company and they stated that they would repair the issues for "a couple of hundred dollars" but never showed up again.
Also contacted another company and AM still waiting to hear back. These roofing companies don't appear too responsive to repairs. I wish they had a better way of communicating to their customers. The owner at Driscoll stated that the hail damage seen still might warrant another attempt at a claim with insurance company. I do appreciate the temporary fix and interest to resolve the issue.

This is a trustworthy firm who is honest and does excellent work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were clean, showed respect and cleaned up the site very well. Absolutely 5 stars.

Poor quality work and owner is a jerk had a tear off and new roof installed and gutters were put back on with no pitch water sits and puddles in gutters, and they cracked the seals in the corners and now i have leaks everywhere ,called to complain and the owner says they were like that lol, i would know if my gutters leaked and it only mysteriously started after they did the work ,would highly recomend NOT useing this company they are ignorant and will not stand behind thir poor quality work

If you're looking for a reliable roofing contractor, look no further! We called Driscoll Roofing after we noticed a leak and TJ came out the next day and fixed it just in time for another torrential downpour. We decided that we needed a new roof. TJ got us a quote in two days and personally brought us over shingle samples and recommended what colors he thought would go best with our siding.
They completely tore off the roof and had everything completed in 1.5 days. Amazing! The whole crew was very courteous and very professional. The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was fantastic. Not even one nail left behind! I would highly recommend Driscoll Roofing. Thank you TJ and the men who worked on our roof. We love it!

If you are looking for a reliable roofing contractor, keep looking as this is not the one. I called to schedule an appointment to get a quote on a new roof, the appointment was scheduled for the following day at 2:30pm, I was told the reps name was TJ ( or JT). The next day he finally arrived, 20 minutes late and never had the decency to apologize for being late and never called to say he was running late, He seemed very indifferent to my questions and it seemed like he had better things to do than measure my roof. when he was done he said he would put a quote together for me, I asked if he wanted my email address and he said no he would drop it off the next day then asked me if I was gong to be home, I stated I would be painting the kitchen and working around the house all day-he said OK then left. It has now been a week and a half and I have not heard from him or the company--I guess my 3300 square foot tear off is not a big enough job for them
