Enzo is very professional; explains in detail the process and the expectations. He was there early for the inspection to ensure that it was done thoroughly, something another contractor failed to do, resulting in a denial from my insurance company. The job was done in a timely manner. Enzo returned to scan for nails to ensure there was nothing left undone. I’m still waiting for my damages screen to be replaced, but confident that the company will hold true to repairing it. I would recommend DreamRoof over any other company for roof repair.

I went with Enzo to repair my roof. He was so nice, friendly and helpful at first. Gotten the approval from the ins. Co, but the day the roof were to be installed his workers were so nasty just evil. They purposely unloaded their nail guns & laid them on the flowers around my mail box, everytime I moved them and ask them not to put them on the flowers. They would put the guns on the flowers again. I called Enzo and asked when were he coming he told me he were at the supply store & said only one could speak a little english. So I waited for him, when he arrive I told what they were doing he didn't say anything to them. They put the guns in the flowers again so I told him. He only turned his head and laughed. They pored some kind of oil in my grass killing it in spots. Unloaded cooler in the grass after sitting there all day in the hot sun the grass were burned. The worse thing were one of the ladies came and asked me if she could use a rest room, i tried to be nice & let her used my guest bathroom when she came out she closed the door behind her. I left it close because I could smell she a BM and turn on the fan. When i went in it the next day she had mess all over bathroom. Even on the rugs on the floor on the back of the stool top. That wasn't the worst of it. After buying a new top I used the stool and found it was stop up. I starting plunging it out and found out it was stopped up with old roofing nails. I saw her outside picking up old roofing nails. They were supposed to do my gutter and down spouts. But that where I ended it with DREAM ROOFING.

Had the opportunity to work with Dream Roof!! My insurance did not want to pay and Enzo Was able to use his Experience to get my claim approve! I was so happy I even let them paint my Home! Thank you Dream roof

I used Dream Roof to install a roof and a kitchen remodel. Although they did a great job on the roof, the work crew was late, unprofessional and messy. A worker asked to use my guest bathroom. Against my better judgement, I gave permission. The gentleman urinated all over my bathroom floor.

After reporting the incident to Enzo, I clearly stated that going forward his workers can't use my personal bathrooms. When they returned to remodel my kitchen, one of the workers slipped into my bathroom again while I was on a work conference call.

Yet again, the crew was hours late, didn't return as scheduled to complete the painting of the cabinets and install the hardware. Phase 1 of the remodel job was to install quartz countertops, beverage cooler, farm sink and new kitchen faucet. That went well. Phase 2 was to paint kitchen cabinets and install new hardware. That is currently going horribly.

Crew was late, unclear on what was to be completed, dripped white paint on the newly installed countertops and faucet. They were missing in action the following day. No show, no call and Enzo didn't respond to text messages.

Although, I have repeatedly communicated and explained that I work from home, have several daily conference meetings that I lead, and a team to manage, Enzo continues to not show up as planned at the times that have cleared my work calendar. He will later randomly call late in the day and ask can they come over and work on the project.

I have explained that is not the how to conduct business. I have repeatedly told him "No" your crew can't just randomly assume that I am available on weekends for them to make up time after a missed appointment that is 100% due to their unprofessionalism. Thank God I am only paid 50% of the payment for the kitchen remodel. I am retaining the remainder payment until they return and satisfactorily correct the damages and complete the job.

If I have to take my dogs to the sitter so they do not bark because strangers are in the house while I am on conference calls, then your crew needs to keep the scheduled appointments. They can't just randomly show up at my home whenever they feel like showing up. I can't tolerate the disrespect of my money and time. There are other companies willing to do the work that are professional, can follow instructions, do not cause damage, and value my business.

Sales Presentation was excellent. Excellent knowledge about products and service. Because of this, I went with Dream Roof and I couldn't be more happy with the results of the new roof. Humberto Ducoz followed the work all through the day that the roof was replaced. The workers were respectful and conscientious and I would refer Dream Roof to anyone.
