We used Dream Builders for our basement remodel that included family room, wet bar and bathroom. Carlos Labos and his entire team has our highest recommendation having exceeded our expectations throughout the entire project. We went through a major kitchen renovation with Carlos, Christian, Jennifer and Chase at Dream Builders.
I am not just very happy with the results but also the process, the price and the people.

It was very easy to work with Dream Builders. They are readily available via text, email and phone. Schedules and expectations were made very clear. They use very nice trades people. All of them were very good: plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, cabinet install and counter top.
The kitchen looks exactly as designed. They were always very committed to delivering on all the specs.
The design process was very good too and now our kitchen is airy, bright and has a ton more storage. The cabinetry quality is excellent too.
We live in a house that is 130 years old. So to finish the process in time, on budget and without any major hiccups while delivering the exact kitchen we wanted was a first for us. I am very happy.

Dream Builders did an excellent job for us. We needed the deck to be ready for a family party. They overcame problems out of their control and built the deck on time, on budget, and with excellent quality workmanship. We would definitely use them again.

I knew Carlos as a worker when he worked for another contractor that did some major renovations at my cousin’s house. And as he created his own company we followed Carlos to his own company. He pride in his workmanship and quality of his work and would expect the same with his own company and team. He’s also a very nice man to work with as well as his team. He and his team are very responsive to your texts or inquiries. We definitely will use him for other projects in the future and highly recommend him.

Carlos, Jennifer, and Crew came midway into a project that was riddled with issues and turned it into the space we dreamed of. Their attention to detail and to our needs was supreme. If that wasn't enough, their thoughtfulness extended to our pets - who could ask for more? High quality, cost on track with estimate, and no major time gaps in the construction process.

We have been working together on our house construction almost one and a half years, in general , it is a very pleasant experience, even we both went a very difficult situation during pandemic, but finally we both worked it out or will work out all soon.

I was thrilled with the building of a small barn and an aviary for the few animals that live here. The men that did the work were attentive to detail, hard working, and pleasant. I would definately recommend them to friends and will use them again.

We hired Dream Builders Home Improvement to install a new Trex deck for us over the summer. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the deck was installed, but we were more impressed with this company because of everything that happened afterward.

After a few weeks, it was apparant that the deck material sent by the factory was defective, which was not Dream Builder's fault at all. Carlos took the time to come and inspect our deck several times, process a very thorough warranty claim, then reinstall the new deck. This entire process took months. There are many other companies who would have abandoned us during this process and we are so grateful that he cared and took the time to walk us through this.

The photos attached are of our original deck and the first deck that was installed before we started noticing the defects. The new deck is a similar color, looks great, and has no defects.

Although we were very frustrated with Azek initially denying the defect, we couldn't have been happier with how this situation was handled by Dream Builders and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone for any home project. This is a company that truly cares about it's customers and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction! We will definitely use them again for future home projects.
