I was able to quickly book an appointment to give me a quote (which beat the other quotes I got) and the job was completed within about 2 weeks of when I initially reached out. Dr. Roofer made replacing the shingle roof on my house and garage a positive experience from the point of first contact to project completion. The contract and pricing was fair and they were on-time. I actually needed an extra week before start of project to do some prep work (clean gutters, remove gutter guards, etc.) and they were flexible with my scheduling needs. Having replaced my porch roof myself last year and having replaced half of my garage roof 9 years ago, l knew what to expect in terms of the condition of my house and garage. I was truly amazed at their team work on the project day, with six workers and a crew leader they had both roofs replaced and were cleaned up by 4:30pm with an 8 am start time. It took me a good 2 weeks of 4 or 5 hours per day to replace my porch roof myself, so l understand the effort and energy levels needed for such work. We had a pretty bad roof leak around an old kitchen vent, with a large area of soft and warped wood. Called the guys to see if they could check it out and give me an estimate. This wouldn't be a huge job and I figured I'd have a hard time finding someone to deal with it. I called Dr. Roofer, as they are located in my zip code, which is important to me. These guys are busy, but they came out, climbed up on the roof with me and talked me through what it would take. They pointed out various issues with the roof in general, it being a little over 15 years old I wasn't surprised. They told me they'd give me a few different estimates, #1 to triage the main issue, #2 line item some other things that would cause issues down the road, and #3 for a complete re-do.

All 3 estimates were fair in my opinion. We did the math and decided to go with a full teardown and install and we couldn't be happier. We picked a color, signed the papers, and received a briefing on what to expect, from dumpster delivery down to clean up ( I only found 1 nail in my walk around ).

8 guys showed up and the job was done in a day. We had a PM here throughout the entire day and we were briefed a few times with pictures and minor issues that needed addressed.

These guys are young, hungry and knowledgeable. Customer satisfaction is important to them. At no point did I feel any pressure to make a decision, and any questions I had were answered respectfully and in a timely manner.

The men working the roof seemed like a tight group who has worked together for a while. The drone footage was a nice touch in my opinion, they show you these photos as they work and send them to you when the job is done.

Overall, good stuff gentlemen. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done on their roof.

I worked with Jake on getting an estimate for required roof repairs to a property I was considering buying that came out of the inspection. With a 30 day close we were working on an extremely tight timeline, and Jake was able to give me an estimate the day of with very little notice.

My wife and I recently purchased our home in January of 2023 and in the spring noticed that there was water running down the sides of the wall and through the soffit from the roof. We'd seen the Dr. Roofer sign from McKnight Rd and gave them a call in November, hoping that we could maybe get an estimate and schedule work potentially in the spring. However, after having Justin come out for an estimate, we were sent a contract and able to schedule the work quickly and at a fair price!

The crew was professional and courteous while working and did a great job. After the first big rain we had, I noticed a leak in a gutter and contacted Jake about it. He stopped by and was able to determine the cause of the problem and resealed a seam that was pinched off by a downspout during installation.

Jake and his crew did a great job evaluating the root cause of our water problems and determined that the previous contractor who installed the roof cut corners, didn't lay shingles properly, used caulk to cover exposed nailheads, and had a poor understanding of roofing in general. There may be general contractors who may dabble in roof work, but the lack of quality is obvious and seeing the work done by the Dr. Roofer crew really contrasts what it means to be a professional vs a pretender.

The whole experience has been wonderful and I would highly recommend Dr. Roofer to anyone looking for quick, professional, quality, and fair priced roof or gutter work.

Dr. Roofer (Jake) worked with me to get the job scheduled and completed before winter weather which would have made it impossible to accomplish, he gave me the best price possible and they completed the job in one day doing quality work.

We’re so glad we held out and found this group. We had an entire roof replacement with gutter systems installed. They removed all the old material down to the decking. We have a mixture of asphalt shingles and flat roofing. It was a large project. They replaced the rotten decking and supporting wood found, removed the failing gutter and drainage systems and replaced with all new. They were prompt, they seemed thorough, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Whatever was missed, Justin did exactly what a project manager should! I will always refer! I hope they never change. And intend to use their services again! Cost was fair and appropriate. Those other companies, I found, were trying to scalp us. 10/10, easily. Go with Justin and his team!

I called Dr Roofer due to water getting in our home and we believed we needed gutters either repaired/replaced. I spoke with Justin and he let me know he could come out that day to take a look. He was transparent about the issues our gutters had and suggested we get new ones due to the age of them and the problems we had. He worked up a quote that night and he and his crew finished the job a week later. Him and his team were all very efficient, responsive, and did an overall great job. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Roofer has done multiple projects on my home. They are one of the only companies I could find who would work on terra cotta roofs. They are super knowledgeable and have been able to troubleshoot my issues to the T with a quick inspection. They have been able to get the job done in hours and at a reasonable cost. They are my go to from here on out.

We had an excellent experience working with Dr. Roofer on our fixer upper to replace our gutters, fix rotted wood and wrap the fascia in metal, and to replace our entire roof and reflash our chimneys. They were incredibly responsive, and the project manager even called the day I put in an inquiry to stop over to our home for measurements for a proposal. I received the proposal for the work within 24 hours. Once we signed the proposal, the team was able to start within a few business days. Dr. Roofer has a large team, so the entire gutter job was completed in two days and the entire roof was completed in another two days. We have a three year old, and the job is very noisy, so we really appreciated the promptness. The Dr. Roofer team cleaned up the worksite really well, as well - you would never know they were here! I definitely recommend!

Great company. Owner came for free estimate, explained the products used and the process. Competitively priced and a good warranty on labor and products. Roof replacement job was started on time, done quickly and professionally, and work area was left clean. A couple months later, I noticed some light pooling where the shingles met the exhaust fan. Owner responded to my concern immediately and was there personally two days later and fixed the issue with added sealant. This is what stood out the most to me. Even after the job was done, the owner stood behind their warranty and quickly resolved. Would recommend without hesitation.
