Double B Roofing, LLC

After many calls to this company over 3 months about my shingles , that they installed , they have had yet to come and fix my problem . I am 77 years old , I guess I will fix this myself. I will never say anything good about this company to me I've been screwed .

Double B Roofing replaced my roof in October 2024 after a hail storm. I had also requested that a skylight be replaced. On installation day when the roofing supplies were delivered, the wrong size skylight arrived. Shingle removal had already begun so Double B replaced the roof using the existing skylight and assured me that the correct size skylight had been re-ordered and should arrive within 2 weeks and they would install it then. In December 2024 I was told that the correct size skylight had not arrived and it would be after the 1st of the year. That was the last contact/update I received. In April 2025, my new roof leaked around the skylight. I called both contact phone numbers for Double B. Both rang continuously without answer and no option to leave a voice mail. I followed up with an email to notify that my roof leaked and requested contact. After a week of no response, I emailed a second time. It is now late June and I have received no contact from Double B. I am now having to pay a different roofing company to repair the leak which at least a portion of which should have been covered under Double B's 5 year labor warranty.

Update: It is now mid July and no response from Double B. I had to hire a different roofing company to repair my leaky roof. They confirmed that Double B did an inferior job re-installing and sealing/weatherproofing the skylight. The leak was the result of poor workmanship by Double B.

2 other items of note. When they were shingling my out building, I caught them taking a short cut. They did not remove the old tar paper and were not installing new synthetic underlayment that I was being charged for. They also did not replace the damaged vent caps that I was charged for. I did get them to correct these 2 issues. Do not be fooled by their advertising claims of communication, customer service, warranty and integrity. You will not be provided any of these.

Ledbetter roofing that did my roof gave me Double B Roofing license number so I guess he did my roof going to contact him see if that’s on him

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Double B roofing today very nice man utmost respect to him and his business unfortunately Ledbetter roofing company that was unlicensed and gave me Double B Roofing license as there own and I had put a bad review on his board here because I thought he was affiliated with Ledbetter Roofing

today I found out that’s not true I just wanna apologize here and hope there’s no further issues concerning Ledbetter Roofing using your license once again I apologize I did not know I just went off what I was told by Chris Ledbetter
