This team was awesome. On my way to Florida for Memorial Day Vacation, I pulled over for Gas and my truck was covered in some sort of oil. Went straight to this team, and they found a transmission fluid line leak (230pm). The team fixed it by 5 pm and sent me on my way back to Florida. Johnny on the spot. A++++ from the owner and team. The service team has done an excellent job since I have been using them to change the oil in my vehicle. They make it easy to drop off and get it in line to be serviced, as well as communicate with you during the process as needed.

Dossett has not only a great family vibe, it also has some of the best car salespeople to work with. William Earl was our sales man and was willing to even work on an off day to get a sale finished. This place is a SCAM. Everybody I know that got a car from here has problems with it. I purchased a car along with a 3 year warranty. As soon as I have a problem out of the car “the warranty doesn’t cover that” they charged me 2,000 dollars and kept my car for 3 weeks and I got it back and it was not fixed. They didn’t even change out the bad parts they were still on the car then Had to drop the car back off and pay 1,200 more dollars for it to be fixed again and again the same old parts were still on the car that they said they changed.

No one in the customer lounge greeted me. Just act like I wasn't there. Alex is incompetent. Nepotism. Manager in service is a joke . He couldn't look me in the face. Body language. Nepotism all through this place. Add cronyism to that as well!
Deserves less than one star. Just know people to get a job. No skills needed. Cashier didn't want to go over paperwork with me okay, we'll I can take my money elsewhere! When you are a female and they assume you don't know anything! Bless! I see through it! I will challenge you each time! Not going to bully and intimidate me. Especially, with a bunch of lies and nonsense!

I had a great experience at Dossett Big 4. They were able to find the GMC Canyon AT4X AEV I was looking for.

Recently I bought a used car from Dossett Big 4 and it turned out the car has a lot of hidden issues, such as leaking cylinder head, rear doors not locking, etc. I addressed this to my salesman Andy Stuart, and he said he will talk to the sales manager. The only answer I get then from Andy was a copy of my purchase contract... "as is - where is'... without any comments or conversation. It is sad to be treated in such an unprofessional way. Good businessmen would not hesitate to grab the phone and call the customer, even when it is sometimes uncomfortable.
Unfortunately my experience here is zero stars for the sale and zero stars for customer communication.

There's a quote out there that goes something like this: "Keep your mouth closed and only be thought of as a fool, but open your mouth and you will remove all doubt." Hopefully I can apologize for a recent post I made accusing Dossett and their sales team of "swindling".
I was clearly in the wrong, but I was repaid with kindness and patience as Adamm Walker and their financial team were able to walk me through the loan information that I MISTAKENLY saw as a "crooked deal". The extra line item that I referenced to in my rant was a legitimate interest rate and NOT a hidden charge. I hope that Dossett, Adamm and Mr. Wilbanks can maintain their upstanding reputations as quality dealers, in-spite of my erroneous and hasty post. I have since attempted to remove and recant the post, in hopes that I can make up for my mistakes. My sincere apologies to the sales team.

Got an amazing 2016 Buick LaCrosse from these guys. Adam Walker helped me out big time! Answered all my questions and went the distance to help get me in the car. Washed, shined, and a full tank of gas even! Highly recommend these guys, and especially Mr. Walker

I will start by saying that I originally bought a used vehicle from the Dossett Honda location. What started off as a good experience quickly went south. I was told the car would be detailed and it was not. I explained I wanted my 17 year old son to go through the process as it was for him and wanted him to experience what should have been an exciting time. It was basically sign here, pay here, good bye and good luck. This leads to my second and even worse experience. The door handle broke and needed replacing. I google on line and with other parts outlets they were priced anywhere from $25-$65. I called Dossett GM and ordered the part which cost $91. I thought well they are getting it next day and it’s an OEM part so what the heck. Now comes the KICKER. The installation cost and part came to a total of $$368.04. I had a handle out on my 2013 Chevy truck for less than $50 bucks. I told my son that this is a bought lesson. In conclusion Dossett Big 4 scores a 0. Will never do business there again and will definitely tell others to take their business elsewhere as well.

The service department was a positive experience. While waiting for oil to be changed, I looked at used Hondas. Not much of a choice. When checking my vehicle for an appraisal , I waited inside customer section. Several employees were sitting around & watching sports on TV. NOT ONE person acknowledged me. I hear on their commercials how friendly they are! HAH! NOT an incentive to do business there.

Nothing but top notch service! After purchasing a used vehicle at Dossett there were several issues that needed to be addressed. Our salesman Adam Walker went above and beyond to resolve these issues for us including taking care of us on his day off! Told us to text him day or nite if we had any problems. Bubba Frank in the service department would not send us away until our car issues were resolved! SHOP AT DOSSETT BIG 4!! You won’t be sorry!!

Please do not buy a used car from this dealership!!!!! They are run down overpriced and high mileage. They don’t care if the car works properly or not! My car has been in the shop for over two months and I’ve only had it since March of 2023. Just a heads up! Horrible!

After using the service department of a Hyundai dealership for a few years, it is astounding at the difference in wait times just for an oil change. It took 2 to 3 hours every single time at the Hyundai dealership. I am in and out in less than an hour at your dealership. Even the times I have to get my tires rotated as well. I love the service department there!

My experience was expedient, professional, and customer service was amazing. They even fixed a warrantied top glove box issue on my GMC 23 AT4 that new Albany had to have the truck all day for and still didn’t fix it. I will do the rest of my work at Dosset

Except for there not being a *SERVICE* sign on the building making it hard to find for someone just driving in for the first time, everything else was great.

I had a very frustrating encounter at Dosset Small 4 that I feel compelled to share. The lady in the service department was incredibly rude during my visit. When I expressed my frustration about the lack of loaner cars for warranty repairs, she reacted very aggressively, which was completely uncalled for.

I requested to speak with her manager and was put on hold without any resolution. Fortunately, I discovered a dealer in Amory that not only provides loaner cars but also treats customers with the respect they deserve.

It's disappointing to see such poor customer service at Dosset Small 4. I expected better and will be taking my business elsewhere. Shame on you for not valuing your customers!
