Great customer service we immediately got the help we needed and the above and beyond service to help meet our needs.

Sean was super, super helpful!! He found the screws and bolts needed to re-assemble a desk and bed for which the items were lost. Additionally, he told me how I could remove a bathtub stopper such that I could finally get the drain unclogged.

Usually this place nails it on the head for me but today when I called for a specific part I was told they had it in stock. I asked to check and make sure and was reassured they had it. When I arrived they don’t carry that part in stock. SMH

This store is head and shoulders above Lowe's and Home Depot. The foundation is Tupelo Hardware serving Tupelo since 1926 and carrying on with the 4th generation George Booth III. Locally owned business know how to service local customers.

This is their large new(er) store away from the historic downtown original. And it's large, very well organized and stocked, and staffed with the kind of helpful and knowledgeable people you'd want. I was impressed in two visits over two days.

Online it said that they had a particular item in stock but when we got there they had to order it so can't always believe what you read on the search

This place is the absolute bee's knees. The only place in town that carries go-kart parts in stock, and they're knowledgeable. GEORGE was behind the parts counter and knew exactly what I was looking for. I needed a throttle cable; he grabbed the exact one I needed the first time. He even got the length dead on without measuring it. Excellent service!
