Done Right Roofing quoted to redo our roof and replace a skylight on Oct 25th, 2019. John told me: "We are bit more expensive but if you take someone else you'll be sorry and call me in 2 years anyway." Not that I weighted in my decision but since they are local to Ashland, where we live, we figured it would be better to give business to someone in the community.

After signing the contract, I contacted them 11 times to discuss the replacement of the skylight trying to speak with someone about the scope of the work. Lisa always said: "We're professional, doing that for over 25 years. Let us handle it." Well... on the day of the job, the worker pulled the old skylight and look at me from the roof through the hole and say: "It's not the same size and I don't have wood..." I was very displeased with the lack of professionalism. They also damaged a door and broke a glass bottle on the property and didn't pick the pieces up.

Since 2019, the roof is leaking in multiple areas and DRR don't even bother responding to emails or returning calls. They are the worst contractors we had on the property, and by far.

As near as I can tell they must be out of business. Phone on website is disconnected. Went to the address and nobody there. Pickup out front (appears to not have been used in awhile) has two phone numbers. These also are disconnected. I went there to see why they never came back to finish a roof repair that they screwed up. I guess I'm stuck.

Done Right Roofing was professional from the initial visit to the job's completion. They did the job for the price quoted and finished ahead of schedule.

The roof was stripped down to the plywood and a new roof was installed. My property was spotless when they left. This was a roof that's longer than 100' so stripping this could have created a huge mess. They had tarps in place to collect ALL the debris. When they left the only way you knew they were there was to look at the beautiful new roof.

We have not had any problems with this. There was a bad winter following the new roof installation and we had a leak that turned out to be a skylight (skylight seal and not anything done to the roof). They came out to check on it ASAP. While lots of people we knew were experiencing ice dams that winter we did not have one issue.

They're extremely professional to work with. They stand behind their work. They return calls and show up on time. I can't recommend them strongly enough.
